Ordered an unwich at 11am for 12:30-12:45 delivery. My order was out for delivery at 11:55am and didn’t deliver until 1:27pm. My meal is warm and soggy. I called the store and they had terrible attitudes about it and couldn’t tell me how much longer it would be. I will encourage everyone in our office complex not to use Jimmy Johns. This was NOT freaky fast.

I had an excellent experience at Jimmy John’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and made super fast. The bread was soft, the ingredients tasted really high quality, and everything came out exactly as I ordered. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quick meal that doesn’t sacrifice quality, Jimmy John’s is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

I went in on my lunch break for work and I was so pleased so see how quick and efficient the staff was I usually order here and never have a complaint the drivers are always so friendly and fast the store is always so wonderfully clean. I had a lady name Shy come help assist me and she was the most update wonderful women she helped take care of me and even made small talk no one ever does that any more just feels transactional but she made me feel see . If you want something good to eat definitely stop in 10/10

I ordered a veggie sandwich and clearly they don’t read instructions. I asked them to cut the sandwich in to half and they didn’t do it. Sandwich is really dry with no mayo in it. I will never order from this location

I’ve been ordering from this location for years and the service and quality have gone completely downhill. My last order that will be my last was placed on Sunday. I received my order after an hour and my sandwich had NO TURKEY amongst other issues. I called and they offered no replacement and no refund. I asked to be contacted by the manager. That never happened. I called today and they will only refund a portion of my order and never once apologized for the error or inconvenience. I ended up having to spend more money to order more food from somewhere else. They just lost a long time customer with this one. I can see by the other reviews everyone else has had similar shitty experiences

Did not have any issues with mobile order – (did a DoorDash pickup order). Staff was friendly.
Only 3 stars because the sandwich barely had any filling. I don’t think they spread the mustard on the bread – it was all in one spot. Both ends of the sandwich were straight bread and mayo. The middle was good because it actually had filling.
