We’re in town for the dog show and stopped in for brunch. Man, it was busy, but service was quick and so friendly ! Our water never went empty and servers were attentive. Food is clearly homemade and those hash browns are crazy good! We both enjoyed our meals. ❤️Cute shopping around it as well, but a bit too cramped in there and because of how busy they were, it was loud so conversation was difficult.

I arrived close to closing time and I was alerted of this. It is a cute shop full of crafty things to buy, but is too cramped and hard to get to the door with people standing at the register. The truffles are delicious and I tried the chicken terryaki sandwich with the carrot soup. I liked the grilled onions and peppers on the sandwich. I will try to stop back for a second go earlier in the day.

This Is our first time trying the Wild Carrot LLC in Waverly Iowa. We went with the ham cheese and broccoli quiche and the lasagna soup of the day! I also got a side of potato salad and coleslaw. The coleslaw is delicious! I loved the craisins. I was really regretting not getting a piece of their pie of the day or cake! When we went in they were packaging up pieces to go and they looked absolutely delicious! So much more than a little restaurant it’s a beautiful gift store.

Fantastic breakfast here. This is a must stop place to eat here in Waverly. Home style food is the best. Pancakes are amazing. I recommend the Wild Carrot Plate.

Such a cute little place! The front part of the restaurant is a small shop, the back is the seating area with plenty of parking in the back and free street parking in the front. It must of been 20 of us that went after a soccer tournament. The staff did an amazing job at getting us all seated and getting our orders quick and easy. All orders came out correct and fast. The food was amazing and such good prices. Good portions too!

Very good food and service. Definitely recommend a reservation – we got lucky as out of town visitors but the place was packed for Friday lunch. The chicken salad and wild carrot soup were delicious. Everyone at our table loved their meals. Will definitely stop in the next time we are in Waverly.

The Ruben was good. The carrot soup is a little weird. The broccoli chedder isn’t great, it tastes like it came from a box. The grilled cheese is pretty good, and the quiche was alright. The coleslaw was amazing! We also purchased some of their truffles. They were only ok. The chocolate is too thick, but the inside was tasty.

The service was great, and it’s a cute place. My Reuben was delicious, would order it again. Like so many diners, the coffee was meh. None of us cared for the potato salad (bland & dry), and the desserts were overly sweet. 3 of us would go back, one would not.
