Every time I go and try to order some spicy chicken, they NEVER have any. There’s always a 20 min wait on some chicken. Some of these employees have been working here for years. You would think they would now when to drop chicken so it can be ready for other customers. Sometimes the chicken is good and sometimes the chicken is not that great. I guess it depends on who’s cooking it. Customer service can be a whole lot better

We ordered online and asked for spicy chicken when we got our order it was regular and we were missing
the biscuits, we had ordered ahead of time and when we went back they said it would take 35 mins for the spicy chicken, we got a refund and left. I do not recommend this place at all

One car ahead of me in drive thru and I still waited almost 20 minutes AFTER I ordered! And it was still delicious! They could definitely use a new building!

The food was wonderful but the service was slow. I don’t blame the workers it’s not their fault. They don’t have that many workers so it was slow. The atmosphere was so so because you can’t go inside. Again the reason is they are short on staff. To have the inside open.

I travel miles just to eat at this churches. Gloria is not the nicest manager. I went today and just got tired of her attitude left and went to Jack’s. She is even rude with her employees. I witnessed that first hand. She better watch her attitude because she may not have a job acting that way. She has had an attitude fir years. The company needs to do a manager change

Quick in and out. Food was good and cashier was very friendly. I just refuse to give anything 5 stars unless I’m absolutely blown away. Would go back and the fries could have been a little more hot.

I was there a few months back, I ordered a $15 family meal. The woman was manager there took my order. She didn’t tell me the total but took my $20 didn’t give me a receipt either. I watched her took the $20 and go in the back with it and handed me a $1 back. She obviously didn’t ring my order and I asked where the rest of my change?? She said the peppers are extra. I didn’t order peppers and stuff was missing. Horrible fraud employees. I hope churches investigate there thief employees. And the food was awful and and management is poor service.
