I came in & tried the 3 sushi rolls, I tried one piece of a roll & ask if I could another roll instead. I was told he wouldn’t make another roll. I sent the rolls back & was charged $16 for sushi I didn’t eat. I will never return, horrible customer service & basic sushi

I’ve really come to appreciate this place more and more recently. Their green salad with the creamy ginger dressing is so so good! Their shrimp tempura was super fresh. Of course the hibachi is a great value and I’ve ventured to have more of their sushi lately. The Chef 1 roll is one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. My husband really liked the fried Clearview roll. We’re looking forward to trying more items. Such a nice, easy, convenient and cute spot for lunch or dinner! Very friendly service!

I always have a fantastic dining experience at Tokyo Grill! The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and incredible flavors in every dish. I usually order curry rice and it’s perfect for two people. The sushi was fresh and expertly prepared, too. The black pepper tuna roll is amazing.
The service is quick and always friendly. The girl that always works there remembers to set me up with my favorite ponzu sauce. The restaurant has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion. I highly recommend Tokyo Grill to anyone looking for great Japanese food at an affordable price.

My bestie and I needed some sushi and gossip time so we decided to try somewhere new!!. I love how the menu had pictures under majority of the items and we had no idea what to get. So we got the sushi platter and it was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was so FRESH and the customer service here is wonderful!! Prices are great as well!!!! 10/10 will definitely be coming back!!!

As someone who has been coming here for years….don’t bother calling in your order because you will be left on hold and forgotten about. So many times I have driven to the restaurant, while still on hold waiting to place my order. It’s ridiculous and constant. Then the order will have missing items. The chefs are great but they seem to have a problem hiring good employees.

Me & my boyfriend can’t get enough of Tokyo Grill. The chicken hibachi plate always smacks! We never have customer service issues, not to my knowledge, my bf goes inside to pay. Over the phone, the girl is always nice. The food is always done quickly, we get the hibachi with only onions and broccoli, so good. I love when the lady gives me extra yum yum sauce, like yesss. I recommend 🙂

Been twice now and the sushi is always delicious and fresh. Not to mention the presentation is such a delight. Makes it feel more like a dining experience, rather than “let’s go grab some sushi”. Waitresses are always super polite and nice.

The chicken wings were horrible, not even sure why they have them on the menu, the sushi was fresh and I didn’t get sick though be mindful that some of the seafood is imitation despite their prices. The rice was also underwhelming, perhaps needed more soy sauce and less oil. The rice was cooked with way too much oil.
