The food at Yoakum’s Pizza Hut really is something else but it really is amazing and overall gives such a great taste, it’s like the flavor explodes in your mouth! The service is also amazing, all the staff here is so nice and really try to make their customers feel like their part of a family! Don’t even get me started on the atmosphere! The atmosphere is amazing and really relaxing and nice to chill and have a good time to hang out with friends and family!

My order is over 30 minutes late, when you call the Pizza Hut and you choose to call and report a problem with your order, the line rings until it hangs up.
So evidently posting a review won’t fix the problem either. Very disappointing, now almost 45 minutes late.

I feel bad leaving a review like this but this is just too much. Pizza Hut Yoakum was the best as I was growing up ( 22 years ago). Currently, we have placed placed orders for delivery and it always comes really late. I understand they can get busy or be shorthanded but if so then don’t offer that service. Sometimes our orders were so messed up with not having the correct pizzas we ordered and paid for. Having kids as picky eaters and not wanting to eat what came in made it difficult. Today, I ordered before 9pm and everything was confirmed. I was expecting my order later than the time expected since it always comes late but it was already 10:26pm so I decided to call. I come to find out they were barely going to call me to let me know there is no delivery available and have not made the pizzas since they didn’t know. I wish they would’ve at least called when I placed my order so I could make other plans or know I can pick it up. Very bad experience, I will not be ordering from Yoakum Pizza Hut ever again!!!

They burnt the quepapas and mozzarella sticks to a charred crisp, was gross….on top of serving us them without the included dipping sauces. The pizza tasted fine. I think the store needs to up their customer service quite a bit….this left a lot to be desired unfortunately
