One of my favorite places to get Mexican food in Lawrence. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They never forget my habanero sauce (and sometimes try to get me to try hotter sauces, but I know what I like).

Everything thing was amazing!! The Pork Chimichanga is my now my favorite of anywhere I’ve eaten! The pork was so tender!!!! And a bonus was cheese dip with the chips & salsa! Will be craving this!!!!

f you’re looking for an excellent Mexican restaurant with plenty of parking, Cascada La Golondrina is definitely worth a visit. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and has a simple, understated interior that lets the food take center stage.
The service at Cascada La Golondrina is top-notch. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent dining experience.
And speaking of the food, it’s truly outstanding. We ordered the Mexicano burrito, chicken taquitos, and grilled chicken salad, and each dish was expertly prepared and presented in a traditional manner.
One of the highlights of our visit was the two-for-one margaritas. They were the perfect accompaniment to our meal and made for a fun and festive evening.
Finally, the prices at Cascada La Golondrina are amazing, and the portions are very generous. You won’t find a better value anywhere else.

Food was pretty good & reasonable prices. Sadly though NEVER been charged for Hot sauce Ever! They changed 1.99 for way more hot sauce then needed. Charged for extra sour cream & pico de gallo that I did not get . But they have free cheese sauce . Sadly though they up charge if you want beans not rice.

They give white queso and salsa with the chips. That is unusual,but good. I got the special meal, it was lots of food for the price. We also got the tostada,it was good. The staff was friendly,prompt and helpful.

I had the Pollo Loco, which was delicious. I recommend it.
We ordered the hot hot sauce. It is a different hot sauce. It doesn’t burn right away. Instead it spreads over your tongue and then hotly deepens but not burns.

My birthday was lit. Sat 8 people no problem. Gracious staff, music videos and Houston Cougars beatin Penn State with my G babies and my son. You best believe we from Texas but this was home. Love y’all i will be back.❤❤❤
