This is finally the place!!
The salmon and yellowtail melt in your mouth. The flavors of every roll we tried were so well balanced. Rice was perfect. Sauces were perfect, the fish was incredible.
We tried the Yellowtail Carpaccio (absolutely mouth watering perfection) MiChi, Yum Yum, Wasabi, Lemon Tree and Alaskan roll, as well as a couple other dishes. Every. Single. Thing. Was absolute perfection. The Wasabi roll was SO unique, refreshing and the perfect amount of heat, it was also STUNNING, I’ve never loved a new roll so much! Lemon tree was incredibly refreshing, great to share after a meal as the Lemon really resets and refreshes your pallet.
MiChi was a flavor bomb, beautifully constructed, layers of flavor, perfectly fried and crispy, and a perfect amount of sauce that didnt overpower the flavors of the roll.
I am BLOWN AWAY. This place is truly exceptional, I feel blessed to have found it!
Also staff was so friendly and accommodating, quick, friendly service! Atmosphere is super chill, very clean and beautifully decorated. The wood work of the booths is stunning! What a gem! I am genuinely obsessed lol sorry guys youll be seeing us A LOT
OH and they have a rewards program. Amazing.
We were greeted by a very friendly waitress and promptly seated. She even brought a small plastic plate and utensils for our toddler.
We ordered the tempura app, a spicy tuna roll, a yummy yummy roll, and the spicy beef ramen. Everything was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to return and try more items off the menu.
The atmosphere was quiet, and they had nice light decor and natural light coming in through the front window. It was also very clean.
Highly recommend.
I don’t remember the names of the rolls we got but they were good and made well.
I didn’t care for the sea urchin on one but that’s no fault on the establishment, just my taste buds.
Gyoza and coconut shrimp were really good.
If you get the teriyaki, you should know that it normally comes with about half an onion, which was far too much onion for me. The second time I tried it, without onion, it was really great, though.
The spring rolls and fried shrimp were not too my liking.
The calamari is great. It tasted like real squid, not the more commonly used and cheaper cuttlefish usually used for calamari. It needed a bit more salt for my palate, but that’s an easy fix.
The gyoza are pretty good.
They have excellent rice, which a lot of people tend to overlook, but good rice is incredibly important to the cuisine.
I can’t eat most sushi, so I didn’t try any, but they look like they probably do really great sushi and sashimi.
