This is the only Dunkin in the area that doesn’t mess up the coffee and is consistent. Everywhere else seems like they’re basically handing out $6 cups of creamer/milk. I come here and am always greeted with a smile, and they’re polite.

Not only are they the only place nearby that I can trust to make my Mocha Latte perfect, but they are also overflowing with phenomenal customer service! My order is always ready when I order ahead and the staff are so engaging and kind. I love being greeted by the kind faces of the Tuesday morning crew, and whether it is due to my consistent visitation or the name on my order, it’s always nice to be welcomed by name:))

Would leave zero star if I could. They made my drink wrong so I called and got a credit. When I came back to get my replacement drink days later I was called a thief by the drive thru worker. She has referred to me as “the white girl ” when I’ve been at the walk up window even though im also native American, the tone was racist. Even after all of that I gave them the benefit of the doubt and when I went through the drive thru I was told they would not serve me but without a reason. Extremely rude. Racist. The drive thru worker was making anti American remarks as well. Don’t go here.

Usually I don’t write reviews but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve gone to this location since it was more convenient for me this morning and I ordered a small hot chai latte. It’s half full and tastes like watered down milk. I should’ve said something when I grabbed it bc I could feel how light it was but I was on my way to work and thought that maybe it was just bc of the foam on top. I’ve been to 2 other Florence/Erlanger locations and it’s never like this.

Ordered ahead and still was not ready, and the person putting my donuts in the box appeared to not be able to read the pre-printed ticket. (I am NOT trying to be hateful) One of the other employees had to tell them twice which ones to put in the box.

I’m almost suspecting they’re not always using milk that’s within the expiration date. I’ve gotten Iced Lattes for literally 5 years or more from various Dunkin locations and with lattes, regardless what swirls you get, it should never taste sour. ???? It’s already twice that this happened in the last 2 months. I know how this should taste like because I get it every other day.
And this is on top of the fact that they just don’t understand what you’re saying half the time and making the order somehow wrong by the time it comes out. And yes, this is more to the Indian-looking workers there.
I can’t wait until the construction to end for the location that’s a block away.

This is my first review I have EVER made and I couldn’t feel more entitled to let my opinion show. I got a snackin’ bacon and I got at best 4 baby sized pieces of bacon that wouldn’t feed a toddler. The loaded hash browns were good, but once I opened the cup the cup was halfway full. Mind you this was in a small coffee cup, so I got maybe 6 potatoes. The coffee carried the experience, as it should, but didn’t save this location. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody who believes Dunkin is better than Starbucks, as your opinion would change as it did mine.
