The establishment was very clean and organized. The order was taken easy and accurately and the food was made perfectly. The care that the employees took to ensure everything was perfect was amazing. I observed one of the employees cleaning up the tables stop and clean something that others would have not noticed off the floor. She didn’t get a mop and bucket, she minimized risks, got down and cleaned it on her hands and knees. I was very impressed and hope the management appreciates the dedication of their employees. Keep up the amazing work. You show you care!

it was the worst burger I ever had in my life. I hadn’t been into five guys for years. They are overpriced. A hamburger was $11 and change with the tax. It was overcooked well done no taste at all very expensive for what you get I had to go back and ask him For an onion and he gave me chopped onions. It was the worst hamburger I ever had in my life.

This particular five guys in farmingdale is very very good. Everyone who works there is very nice and they pay attention to detail, especially when there’s allergies. If you value your time as a delivery driver or your food as a paying customer, avoid this Five Guys location. I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a manager — Shymaa.
I came in to pick up a large Grubhub order (thirteen items). I confirmed the entire order on my phone in front of the first employee, grabbed the drinks so they wouldn’t spill, and went to my car to secure them. When I returned for the remaining two bags, Shymaa stopped me. Even though the first employee had already seen me confirm the order, she insisted that I confirm it again in front of her. I explained it was impossible to swipe it twice, but offered to have Grubhub verify. Grubhub called her directly and confirmed the order was approved. She still canceled it anyway because she personally wanted to grab my phone and confirm it herself.
Let’s be clear — that means Shymaa knowingly canceled a fully confirmed order, ensuring the customer didn’t get their food, delaying service, and creating unnecessary problems. If a manager is willing to do that out of stubbornness or ego, it says everything about how this location is run.
And this isn’t the only problem. Their bagging is careless and unsafe. I’ve delivered from this location before where the bag was so greasy and barely sealed with one flimsy sticker in the middle that wasn’t attaching properly because of all the heat from the food. The sticker was barely sticking moment I picked it up to take it to the customer’s door. This is not only unprofessional, but it leaves food vulnerable to tampering and makes a mess. It’s clear that the manager barely cares about the customer and just wants to create a headache for the driver.
Bottom line — this location doesn’t respect delivery drivers, doesn’t care about customers getting their food intact, and makes it harder for services like Grubhub to do their job. Take your business to another Five Guys or somewhere that values its customers.

5 Guys never disappoints. We get 2 little cheeseburgers (all the way) and split a small fries. This is plenty for 2 unless you have a big appetite. Add a drink or shake. Always ready to come back.

I am so glad they are building one so close to where I live. I guess its the high quality ingredients and the simple approach to the food preparation. Even if you are not a huge fan of burgers and fries…. I dare you to say otherwise….. That Five Guys are not one of the best…. If not thee best!
