I had an amazing time dining with friends and family at Bis on Main for brunch this past weekend. They put together such a fun and thoughtful Galentine’s Day event with special cocktails available all weekend, a complimentary makeup pop-up, and a boutique pop-up that made the whole experience feel extra special.
Our group had an absolute blast and they handled our large party effortlessly from start to finish. Our server, Jordan, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire meal. Service was perfectly timed, the cocktails were beautifully made, and everything arrived just when it should.
I ordered the huevos rancheros and my friend ordered the quiche. Both were delicious, high quality, and the portions definitely did not disappoint!! You could tell a lot of care went into the food, and we always had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. If you’re coming for brunch, you definitely will have to try the beignets as well!
Bis on Main truly nailed this event from start to finish! Between the atmosphere, service, food, and overall experience, it was such a memorable brunch! We’ll absolutely be back again and again.

We went to celebrate our anniversary thinking we’d have a good French experience. The service was basic, despite requesting a good table for our anniversary, and the dinner wasn’t great, it was pricey, too. I only recommend the onion soup. The escargots were different than usually you find them, bread was hard and overcooked, and the garlic crispy chicken was kind of plain. I took it to go and then add flavor at home. Anyway, a bit disappointed, especially having tried real French food in Paris. Maybe my high expectations ♀️

The black cod is the best I’ve ever had. Their bread and butter is absolutely delicious, definitely have to ask for some as starter. We also tried the steak tartare which was to die for. The service was excellent, however, they’re non-alcoholic wine is a bit lacking. I bet the mock tails would be better. Their chicken was prepared French style, which was not to my taste, but overall the food was delicious.

The reason for my low review is purely due to the food. Definitley not worth the price. Our waiter was extremely nice and answered all our questions. He made sure to tell us of any additional charges, and when the steak came out with a different vegetable then he mentioned he fixed it. On to the food. We had the steak tartar warm beat salad and steak. The beat salad was good, but the steak tartar and steak were subpar. The steak was cooked medium as requested (positive) but had no flavor. A good steak you should be able to eat without sauce and I understand why they give you sauce. Based on what we ordered, maybe this restuarant just doesnt do steak well (tartare and steak). We got the mousse for desert and the taste was great, but the portion was tiny for the price. Overall for the price i would have expected better tasting food.

If you like watching the Gordon Ramsay shows with wonderful food and fabulous plating then Bis on Main is for you. Beautiful meals that are filling and delicious. Miso Cod or Garlic Chicken. Both were fantastic. Valet parking around back $8 and the service! We had Miguel for our waiter and he was 6 stars. Bending over backwards to make sure our meal was perfect but never obtrusive. He would just pop up exactly when we needed something. Make sure you try to sit in his section. Note: He doesn’t work everday.
Give Bis on Main a try.. very good food from a very good chef.

This place was amazing!! I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loved it. The service, food and drinks were incredible!! Although I found parking on the street, they have valet parking in the back. You won’t go wrong with anything you order. I’m definitely going back.

Food was excellent and so was the service. We had the crispy shrimp for starters and it was perfect! Nice and juicy, interesting dressing and spices but nothing overwhelming, and perfectly cooked. For mains we had the garlic chicken which was phenomenal! Again, very juicy and flavorful – even the white meat was not dry at all. And we also had the lamb shake risotto with mushrooms – very good as well.
For dessert we had the bread pudding and the mango pistachio ice cream – both were great too 🙂

Another wonderful experience at Bis on Main! We enjoyed a Galentines Brunch with Galentine’s featured drinks, I enjoyed their non-alcoholic option the “Good Girl!” We of course had ordered rounds of truffle fries, beignets, and caviar cones to start THE STAPLES! Then we all enjoyed their brunch menu of Steak and Eggs, Fried Chicken Biscuits and Gravy, Ahi Nicoise, Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon, etc! Excellent portions ❤️ Thoughtful, sophisticated, luxurious pairings, presentation, and flavor-profile. Every time I have dined at Bis on Main I have been so impressed with their level of customer service and personal connection, they truly care about your dining experience. The Owner’s have really taken a Bellevue Favorite up a notch! I could not recommend this restaurant for your next gathering, small or big! ✨
