I’m not usually a big fan of ice cream, but this place has completely won me over! They offer a variety of flavors that I’ve never even imagined before. I’ve been trying different things from another state, and I stopped here to switch up my routine. I was absolutely blown away by the incredible flavors of these ice creams! I bet they make them in-house because they are simply delicious!

Bought a banana split yesterday, but got something else. Apparently this store (not Marietta or Sandy Springs, just this one) has decided that they no longer include pineapple or strawberries. Just the hot fudge. When I asked the girl why, she said they “discontinued” adding them to their banana splits. When I asked when this started, she said “a few weeks ago”. I just called the store because that’s crazy they can still ‘sell’ the BS (at the same price) but they don’t actually deliver a BS. It’s BS!!! : ) I know, I know, first world problems here but that’s not right. I go to this store about 6-8x a year but no longer! Sandy Springs and Marietta will exclusively get my ice cream business going forward. (* UPDATE: Called the store today and apparently they were out of strawberries yesterday. The person on the phone said they still don’t include the pineapple. I LOVE the pineapple so my principled stand still….well…stands.)

I love the ice cream and cakes. But we had poor service the evening of 5/10/23. All customers needed to wait twice as long since a girl, who was not on a break, continued to talk to her friend (left) for 45 min while boy (right) serviced the customers. He continued to ask for help but she ignored him. Ice cream was very soft that night… I imagine because the boy was doing everything.

This review is about their “custom” ice cream cakes. Do NOT order one from them. Staff is unorganized and does not check cakes before giving them to you. They literally ruined my twins birthday party. The birthday girl had NO cake at all on her birthday and we threw it away. We ordered ice cream cake with cake batter ice cream and vanilla cake. No filling. They grabbed a cake that looked like the one we ordered from the outside of the cake. Sadly , we cut into it and it was pop rock ice cream with chocolate filling and chocolate cake. My Daughter is allergic to chocolate. So everyone felt so bad so we just threw it away. Of course, this all happened at her party cause we cut into it right after we sang happy birthday. It was so sad that we had no cake at a birthday party. I won’t even go into too much detail about how the two girls at the shop argued about who would write the names on the cake cause neither of them felt comfortable doing it. One finally did it and it looked like a three year old wrote. You couldn’t even read it. Very weird considering this order was placed days before I picked it up. So someone capable could of wrote on the cake. I would never of wrote a review about that but the fact they ruined a birthday party with their unorganized irresponsible employees is unacceptable. I even called and left message. Go figure nobody called back. Pretty sure the same girls deleted message. My advice….do NOT order cakes from here. Plenty of other ice cream places that can do better.

I love this place the culture is amazing!! Some of the employees their work so hard and bring such good energy to the store. You can tell that they truly want to make customers happy and not just earn a paycheck. People like this is what the food service is about. They love what they do. It is amazing to see how one day the menu is very empty and then the next it is full. Truly shows the people in the back work hard. They always have cool flavors and make them with excellence. The store is falling apart and the management can be poor at times. It isnt always clean and the ice cream can be soggy but some of the employees make up for it. These people are special. Truly chasing the American dream

This Bruster’s is easily my favorite ice cream spot! The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming—it really makes a difference. The ice cream is always fresh, and they have an awesome variety of flavors (the seasonal flavors are the best!). The portions are generous, and the waffle cones are always crisp and delicious. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit is just as good as the last. If you’re looking for a great local spot for ice cream, this is it!

Well, we used to get very good ice cream cakes from them. So when my daughters 20 years birthday comes, we decided to order here. Look below how horrible the cake was decorated. This is not a single instance, last month we ordered too on my husband’s birthday, also a bad decorated cake I just didn’t take picture.
