Worst experience ever. I was the only customer in the drive thru and the entire store and you still got my order wrong. The order was for a Burrito Supreme no lettuce, you gave me a beef and bean burrito, you forgot the 2 cinnamon twists, the large nacho fries were ice cold and didn’t even fill the container, the only items that were decent were the chalupas and quesadilla. So over 50% of the order was wrong for your only customer. How do you expect to stay in business with your terrible Google reviews when you aren’t even busy and you cant get the order right? Don’t your employees have any work ethic or pride in doing their job, to do it correctly and take care of the customer? Calling up there resulted in: ” well you can come back up here or you can come in and tell them Raylynne said to give it to you and they will”.. what the heck kind of service is that? You overcharged me based on what I received AND I have to go back in order to get what I paid for. I just got ripped off.

Owner’s Attention

If you continue to have employees like this, this location won’t last long. Every time I visit, there’s always an excuse to avoid taking food orders. A few days ago, I was told the system was down and asked to come inside to place my order — yet cars behind me were being served just fine.

Yesterday around 9pm, (same person)
I was told they were only accepting Grubhub orders. When I drove past the window, the employees were laughing at me, clearly showing they had no interest in working or serving customers.

This location needs immediate attention to improve staff behavior and ensure respectful, and professional behavior.

This is crazy! Of all my years of eating Taco Bell I have never experienced service or quality like this! I ordered a party pack and all of the tacos were poorly made. There was almost no meat cheese or lettuce in the tacos. I brought them back and the drive through attendant told me this was the proper proportion. He also told me if I had a problem to contact corporate. He was cocky and unhelpful. Sad day.

Went here for the first time in years. Got there at 12:35am and they closed at 1 am. After waiting literally 10 minutes in the drive through the car ahead of me was finally allowed to order. I pull led to the order and no one greeted me for 5 minutes. Finally at 12:50 a worker walking out to his car yelled hey we are closed! I was like what? It’s 10 minutes till closing? Never going back here again.

Used to be one of the better taco bells in the area for service and food. They’ve gone downhill. I gave it a few tries to make sure it wasn’t just a bad night, but nope. Staff is extremely rude and they can’t get anything right. Have to watch your receipt to make sure they put everything on there, and check the bag thoroughly before you leave. Its never right. Whoever the manager is needs to either teach them how to do the job or they all need replaced. This is ridiculous!! We’ll find another location. If I want service this bad I’ll go to Popeyes next door.

Had 2 people speaking to me taking my order, obviously laughing and making jokes, i had to almost pause between everything to make sure they heard me. I get it, its fast food, but its rude and annoying when i have to talk to someone like a baby to get my food ordered. I Got to the window the white “bigger” employee apologized for his co workers. Cool, whatever. I get home my quesadilla is not cut, they gave me about 4 chips for my chips and nacho cheese. Used to have good experiences at this location but the last 2 time have been terrible. Either run a good crew or get rid of them. Im pretty sure the 2 employees goofing off on the intercom were the 2 african American employees.

When ordering door dash, we pay more money, which is understandable, however food is always cold, always INACCURATE and already soggy…
There’s are at least 2 items left off of our order each time and the last 3 times we’ve not gotten any sauces!!! Like none????
Do better taco bell… its not like y’all are a sit down 5 star restaurant… I get it, its fast food, but even McDonald’s does better than y’all lately and even Popeyes, so rarely even has chicken does better!!!

The management or whoever runs this really needs to crack down on this place.. I know that’s hard with the work force nowadays. To wait in line for 20 minutes with a whopping 2 cars in front of me and no one in the lobby, to be told they are understaffed and can’t take orders before 8 o clock is unbelievable! To be rude on top of that after waiting that long is ridiculous. I used to support this place but good luck with the workers you have now. Went to McDonald’s and they were understaffed served me quickly without excuses. Guess what the got a tip for not being lazy!

I would like to express my disappointment through a 1-star review for Taco Bell, as I found my recent experience to be unsatisfactory. The lack of food on my taco led me to question if this was a deliberate prank or simply a mistake. Despite having encountered a few negative experiences in the past, this particular incident was the tipping point for me. I was shocked by the minimal amount of filling in the paper-thin Doritos Lo’s taco supreme that I ordered. The quality of the two tacos was subpar and unacceptable. If I were in a position of authority, such as a General Manager or a Regional Manager, I would be hesitant to associate this particular store with the brand. In such a scenario, my approach would involve a complete overhaul, including the termination of current staff and a fresh start.
It is disheartening to witness such a lapse in product quality being allowed to reach customers. While I sympathize with the potential repercussions of job loss, it is essential for individuals to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Those who fail to meet the standards set by the brand should be replaced by individuals who are committed to upholding the brand’s reputation. If i could rate negatively it would be -5 star. I will not patronize this establishment again.

Placed a $20 order, and was missing 2 items. Had to ask one of the workers multiple times about the missing items, while trying to talk over them blasting NBA Youngboy in the kitchen. Didn’t need anymore attitude about asking someone to do their job and check the order, so I left without the 2 other items. You’re better off driving down the road to the other location on Hwy K.
