One of my all-time favorite burger spots! Their burgers are truly the best ever — super fresh, juicy, and packed with that homemade flavor you just can’t find anywhere else. And the blackberry milkshakes? Unreal. Easily the best I’ve ever had!

It is on the pricier side, and you definitely need a little patience because everything is made fresh to order — but trust me, it’s worth every penny and every minute. If you want incredible quality and delicious food, this place never disappoints!

Stopped here on a lunch break. Service was fast and friendly. Little hard to figure out the specials with no descriptions, but plenty of choices. I had the Fountain Special. The whole thing was tasty, including the fries that came with. Definitely a throw back to non-chain places to eat that are actually enjoyable. Total with drink was about $20.

This place is old school good, mostly due to the toasted crunch of their hamburger buns. That makes a big difference in quality..! I must note that the hamburger patties themselves are extremely thin, so you need at least two or three patties on them for a fully satisfying burger, which drives the price way up. These burgers would be five star If they cooked the patties over an open flame to get that real Char-Broiled flavor, (like the Kidd Valley charbroiled burgers they serve at Ivar’s in Marysville, and all other Ivar’s locations).
The Fountain needs to change the oil for their French fry cooker much more often, as the last batch I got today tasted like old spoiled sausage patty drippings. Some people may like the extra flavors that happen when you don’t change the oil very often, but I am not one of them…. Their shakes and malts are great however…!
Service is good and very friendly..!
Try the Boetcher Burger..!

Haven’t been here in over a decade. Was excited to take someone for their first time and it was over $40 for 2 measly burgers and 2 “large” large onion rings (which was only 6 rings each) …no drinks. The price to quantity ratio was horrendous. Afterword we were talking about how it was worse quality and smaller portion size than everything else in a 20 mile radius and twice the price.

Gone is the golden age of The Fountain. I’ll never return.

The food tastes way better than the pictures!! The fries are perfectly crispy. Burgers are juicy on soft, fluffy buns. We pass on the ranch it’s a little oily. Milkshakes are thick and generous portions, definitely recommend.

This was my first, and likely last visit to this establishment. They charged me $40 (with tip) for my Double Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, milkshake and soda. They couldn’t explain when I questioned the total. After looking at the receipt, they had charged me for two milkshakes instead of the soda. They did refund $8. Then, on my way home I decided to eat the french fries. There were hairs embedded in the fries – I stopped eating them and threw them in the trash. Then I got home and went to eat the burger, it was not at all what I had ordered and also went to the trash. I guess the milkshake was pretty good but at $32 for a milkshake and soda, I’ll definitely take the hard pass next time.

Tried for the first time, will not return. Spending 30.00 for two corndogs, large fry, small onion ring and two cokes. Corn dogs were barely cooked and tiny. Frys were coated in salt, had to wipe off some but alot were non edible. Onion rings dehydrated and pure grease. Only thing good was the soda. Paid 6.00 in tip, along with the 30 for food. Literally left and got McDonald’s. Waste of money

I came here years ago happy to support a local joint. Nostalgically came a few months ago and was extremely disappointed. Way overpriced. Not worth it for 13 greasy fries fried in old oil, same old oil greasy onion rings, and tiny portions of greasy fish. Burger was mediocre and also so small for how much you pay.
You also have to call a number in the drive thru as their speaker doesn’t work.
Sadly, better to drive a little bit to Nutty’s junkyard or just go the Alley bar and grill for something much better. $40+ for this pictured. 🙁

First and last time here. The prices are very high for the portions you receive. $4.50 for about 20 fries. They don’t have combos so each item has to be purchased separately causing it to come to a ridiculous amount. The speaker outside doesn’t work and there’s a sign on the front door to make sure you close it all the way because of whatever reason. With how much they’re charging the building should be functioning properly. I was also the only person inside and they couldn’t remember who my order was for.
