Almost out of gas, battery almost dead on phone. My fault. Asked the guy at the counter if he had charger. Sure did. 30 min later I was back on the road. I was in the middle of no where in Granbury TX. Was running just minutes ahead of a hail storm I could see coming. Thank goodness I got radar back. Found two places that had outside shelters, a ancient car wash that was out of business and 30 minutes I ducked under a bank deposit drive thru. Finally got to my destination and got lucky that they had a car port. I was glad to see her and she was glad to see me. Had 3 more loss of power instances that night. Will they ever really do something and fix our grid problem? serious

The first delivery driver pulled up with the bass booming so hard on his radio, and waited for me to come to his car, then handed my food from across the car through the passenger side window. We get the pizza in and it is made incorrectly. I called the store and asked for it to be remade and brought out to us with a different delivery driver. I explained why, of course. He was more than irritated about it. Oh well! Everyone wants what they ordered! Period! Then the next delivery driver comes out blaring his radio. We asked him to not do that when in our small neighborhood. Especially when engaging with a customer. He went off, raising his voice at me. Complaining he made a 10 mile trip without a tip!! Seriously? I told him it was not our fault that they made my food incorrectly. He continued to raise his voice and finally walked off. What has happened to true customer service?! So rude.

The Domino’s on Fall Creek Hwy is the best Domino’s in Granbury by far! They are not stingy on their toppings and the pizzas are always extra cheesy even without ordering extra cheese. The best! And, I love the drive-thru for pickup.

They hardly give you any toppings. So I spend extra money to add extra toppings, which is a total rip-off because I barely even get my extra toppings that I pay extra for. This happens to me every time I order a Pizza. The Pizza taste great. And that’s why I keep ordering from them. I know I can get my money’s worse somewhere else. It doesn’t matter if it’s carry out or delivery The Pizza is locking toppings.

Ordered pizza on the app and used my poi to for free pizza and then added o e more pizza. Went inside to pick it up and showed the girl that I was charged for two pizzas and showed that I had used the points for free pizza. She just kinda shrugged and didn’t offer any solution. Then one pizza was ready and second one just went in oven. Even though the app said both were ready. If they made a mistake fine but just let me know. Saving grace they made good pizza but service was bad and lost my points for free pizza. Not a huge deal but customer service matters so won’t be back for awhile. Sent email to customer service no response.

I paid for extra cheese (some feta, and shredded provolone), yet there’s cheeseless spots, and a half of a olive joined my pizza.
That would be a 3 star rating if I cared to rate it, because not all pizzas are going to be perfect and a tiny topping error isn’t the end of the world, but the 12 piece pineapple jalapeno chicken bites were on the burnt side, and tasted like generic gross great value brand tiny popcorn chicken.
I mean the chicken was super tiny, and tasted bad, but that was the first thing I ate. Papa johns chicken taste way better. Y’all need to change your chicken up, or make it a $5 item.

Pizzas, wings, pastas are always good, but don’t order the philly sandwich, disappointing. Literally the worst philly sandwich I ever had. It thought it was a bad joke. Maybe the driver dropped it, box flew open and a herd a cats ate all the meat before the driver boxed it back up and delivered it. A complete joke.
