Got a calzone tonight. The young man was very nice, it came to me in a timely fashion and the price was about what I expected. The crust and fillings were very good.
What I would change: much more ricotta and less mozzarella…and maybe a pinch of basil in the mix to add a nice dimension. 🙂

Very friendly staff, quality toppings, and a delightfully unique, airy and light crust that is not too “bready” but very satisfying as it supports the full flavor without overpowering it (a real problem with most FL pizza) Only thing hotter than the pizza was the cute guy making them! YOWZA! Overall, a win/win 🙂
