Sides are mandatory if you want chicken tenders. Fountain drinks were mixed up. Tried to get diet Dr Pepper. Only Got knows what came out of the faucet. Floor was covered in grease.

This is the absolutely worst restaurant in Wynne. I do not know how they are still open. They are constantly running out of stuff. The wait takes forever and it’s iffy if you get the order correct.

The absolute worst establishment. If you get in drive thru its 20 minutes then you are going to be asked to pull ahead and wait. Ordered 2 catina chicken. After I paid for them, pulled forward, waited 20 minutes, employee comes out and says “we are out of catina chicken.” Do yourself a favor, do not stop here.

We had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for biscuits. No problem waiting on fresh hot biscuits. Unfortunately when we got them they were hard as rock !

I came into store on Friday night @ 8.30 and ordered a 6 piece. The guy at the register told me I could get 2 breast with that. They handed me food I left. The guy stopped me at my truck and said I had the wrong order. He handed the order from me over to a couple in the dining room. The chicken was not their order it was a 6 piece so they handled it and handed it back to the lady in the back. She went behind the counter and returned handing me the chicken that everybody had their hands on and told me I was not getting another breast. I asked for a refund and she refused. Very rude and nasty and the dining room was disgusting. That lady in the back should be fired ASAP for the way she spoke to me. A manager needs to contact me so we can get this worked out. I will call the health department any and all people necessary to get this issue solved.

30+ minute wait to get good after ordered. Lady at the front couldn’t remember anybody’s order and messed up our order. Front and back were arguing about what went to who. It was very busy and chaotic with a touch of amusement.

The hard shells were cooked in old grease and made them taste burnt. The restaurant floors and seats were filthy and the employee that waited on us was rude and seemed very unhappy to be working. When she handed us out food we said thank and all she could manage to say was “Ya”. Then we had to go back to the counter twice to ask for Forks for my husbands Slaw and for my Mexican pizza and for dipping sauce. The (I’m assuming) shift manager was in the back fussing loudly about how they were having to work and how unhappy they were. We will Not be back to this restaurant. It’s a shame the restaurant isn’t managed any better! During lunch hour and only 2 sets of people were in the Restaurant on a Sunday! That should have told us something was wrong!!!

The food tasted good; however the service was not good at all. I was not given a receipt upon payment and was asked to pull up past the drive thru window even though no one was behind me in line. I waited a very long time and eventually went in to check on my food. I was given my food a few minutes later, but had to go back in the restaurant to ask for dipping sauce, which is advertised for the $20 fill up box. The fill up box did not look as advertised.
