Ordered to go and our food was supposed to be ready by 18:45 and I didn’t receive it until 18:55. Wasn’t greeted when I entered the store. My food order was VERY wrong!

Neither of us have been in years but decided Noodles sounded great tonight, especially after getting over a cold. Stopped in for takeout, getting a handful of dishes. I mentioned my Parsley allergy when I asked if it was in a side. The girl working the register tonight made sure to ask me what I was planning on eating and letting the kitchen know as well – as parsley is a common ingredient they use throughout. I really appreciated the staff tonight taking it seriously and making sure to even note it. She also took care of those waiting on online orders with a cup and the staff remained consistently friendly as more customers came in. The place was clean, good atmosphere and wait wasn’t too long. We’ll be back. Better than previous reviews claim.

My GF and I visited this location back in October. The restaurant was disgusting. The drink bar was a mess it was sticky and pretty sure it had never been cleaned. There were no straws napkins were empty. Then the food came out. They were missing ingredients and it wasn’t even made correctly. The only redeeming factor was the nice lady that took out order, she was awesome. Other than that This is an overpriced dump. I complained to the number on the receipt, got 1 follow message asking for additional details, I provided what I could and just crickets. This place is terrible. I’d never recommend anyone going here. Especially after the crappy customer service we received. Stay away and spend your money anywhere else except this over priced dump.

I’m really disappointed with my order last night.
I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp (a $15 meal), and when I opened it, nothing was chopped or mixed.
The veggies were whole, the noodles were clumped together, and it looked like it had just been thrown together with zero care. I literally had to chop and mix everything myself just to be able to eat it.
For the price, I expected a ready-to-enjoy meal, not a DIY project. Do better Please. You have good food.

I haven’t been here in years but I stopped by because I thought they brought back my favorite dish. I was very sad when I tried to order it and it was still gone. I would have just left but Darian was very nice and very helpful. He told me about some other dishes and they sounded very good so I tried them and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. The Crispy Bacon Alfredo did not disappoint, the cheesy garlic bread was delicious and so was the rice crispy treat. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken. Brought it home and couldn’t believe what they served me. The most burned and dry chicken I’ve ever had. Noodles were dry. This tasted like day old food. Who ever cooked this should be embarrassed of themselves and find another job. Manager on duty should be fired. This location has gone to waste. We used to eat here all the time but won’t be returning.

The only reason I keep going to this store is because my children like the mac and cheese, which is the ONLY dish that is ever made correctly!
Multiple times I have ordered numerous different dishes with additional protein and open my bowl to find NO MEAT. This is incredibly frustrating to pay a significant price for nothing.
Not to mention multiple occasions with no salad dressing and scant sauce: I must be a glutton for punishment.
I appreciate that when I call they offer for me to come back for a free bowl, but I’m usually in a hurry and don’t have the time to drive BACK to the store.
I always open my bag to check that everything in my order is in there: Apparently I need to start opening the bowls before I leave the store, too.

Went to noodles and company West Jordan to dine in. For some reason I got a to go bowl and my boyfriend got a dine in dish. While eating some parts of the food were cold and other extremely hot like they microwaved a to go dish instead of preparing my food. Not satisfied at all with the service here staff was aloof and not friendly

The cross contamination of food here is ridiculous. Ordered a mac and cheese for take out and it tasted of nothing but green onions. Pulled out quite a few that had been mixed in. Tried complaining to company as this has happened numerous times. Either my food tastes like green onion or hot dog. Pretty gross considering the cost. Finally hit my last time I will visit any Noodles.
