Food is usually good, but the service is terrible. They never answer the phone, which makes it very frustrating to try to place an order or ask questions. I attempted to place a catering order more than a week in advance, and the employee refused to help, would not answer basic catering questions, and was unfriendly and unprofessional the entire time. Catering orders should not be this difficult, especially with plenty of notice. Unfortunately, the poor service completely overshadows the quality of the food.

Ordered 2 footlong subs through the app. Same thing all the time. When I got home, no extra lettuce as ordered, only 4 slices of tomato on the whole thing, ordered multi-grain bread, they used white…why? Tried to call the manager, not there…tried to call the next day a few times, no one answers the phone. So I will just leave my complaint here. Not going there again.

My husband and I visited on a trip back from out of town. Very clean, very quick food was good and service was 110% compared to others. We talked about how nice this location was compared to ours. We live in Ooltewah and we have just about quit going to that one. Ooltewah location just needs help to speed it up. This subway is great. Thanks again!

With all the negative out there, I would like to say what a delight my experience was. I showed up at this location at 8:50pm, yes ten minutes before closing time on 6-13-24. They were closing up for the night, but both the young man and young women were smiling and very accommodating with making my experience excellent and with a very pleasant disposition. Thank you two for the late night Steak and Chesse footling and cookies. I was starving and the sandwich was great!!!! Thank you!!!

If I could give no stars I would, I had an online order to be ready at 5:20. I got here and I saw they were busy that’s fine. I got here about 5-10min before it was suppose to be done. They came over and told me it would be a while they had people inside. I worked for subway and you work in your online orders as if they are people waiting inline they don’t go last because they are online. I order light pickle and banana pepper and they put heavy on them. They never once said sorry for your wait. One girl was by her self for like 10min until the other one showed up from the back. They kept looking and talking about me so she came over and said we are out of chocolate chip cookies so what kind do you want, I got another kind, that was fine. When she started to make food again still with gloves on she touch her phone again and didn’t change gloves or washed her hands. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the manger because this is just ridiculous. Online orders she be treated as good as people inside. The fact that she said my order came and then they got a rush tells me they had time to make my food before they rush and maybe if they would have made it when it came in, wouldn’t have caused me to wait on my my food, my food to be wrong, or for this review to be written. I’m very very upset. I left at 5:30. I don’t think 2 young ladies should be running a store at night alone anyways without an adult there, but that’s non of my business since their not my children or it’s not my place of employment. Best of luck Subway. Keep this up and you will be out of business.

The workers are friendly. But recently we’re finding lowered quality of service and unavailability of products. We’ve been at the window calling the store, watching the workers standing around and talking. But they won’t pick up the phone to take an order. An in-store visit is required. They regularly run out of basics, like meatballs or chocolate chip cookies. They said “we only make cookies in the morning.” Given that cookies only take about 12 minutes to bake it seems a customer could wait for the order. The answer to that was “well, they have to cool, too.” Again, how long could it take? The time of day doesn’t seem to matter. We’ve gone in at 6:00 p.m. and have been told “we just ran out of… (name any product).” And we hear the same thing at noon. They begin breaking down well before closing time now so if an item isn’t still in place it can’t be ordered. Period. They won’t go get it for you. This just doesn’t feel like Subway quality any more.

The wife and I came here a week ago or so and got two footlong subs. Our food was amazing, when I asked for extra Pickles, I got extra extra Pickles, so I am one happy camper. Thank you guys, we will be back.
