I pulled in the drive through at 10:50. I was immediately greeted, which was nice, but I told the girl I needed just a second to figure out what I wanted. I was then told “okay just to let you know we close in like 8 minutes because of the weather.” Normally they close at midnight according to Google. We are expecting freezing temperatures and rain so I completely understand the closing early. I work in a restaurant so again I understand and I’m not mad about them wanting to get their staff home safely. What I’m annoyed about is the way is told to me to almost try and sway me from ordering. The way she said it was as like she was hoping I would just say “oh okay never mind” and leave. I really did want food but I felt like it wasn’t even an option at that point. I ended up only ordering some fries to snack on thinking it would be easy and quick. But no, it still took 10 minutes for fries. I should’ve just ordered what I wanted because three cars pulled in after me anyway, but that’s on me. I guess the point is I have worked in food/customer service for over 10 years now and I would never rush a customer like that and make it sound like I don’t want their business. You were still open for 10 minutes. You close when you close.

I always have a great experience at this Popeyes, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager, Troyetta! She’s always warm, friendly, and on top of everything. Every time I walk in, she makes me feel welcome and taken care of. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service she provides truly makes this location stand out.

Ordered my order ahead of time but ours plans shifted around 5:30pm so I requested if they could have it ready ASAP instead of 6:15pm—— she immediately replied she will drop them right now and I never felt like an inconvenience or a bother. Most places barely want to serve you much less deal with a change up. My son walked in to grab our order and he said everything was ready exactly as we asked with all sauces. Appreciate yall dedication and kindness!
