This is one of our favorite places to stop when staying in Seaside. They have a great selection of beer, wine, spirits of all types. Plus a nice selection of snacks too.
The variety of regular and specialized drinks is excellent and would support anyone’s pallet!
Pricing is good too! If you need something not on stock – just ask he has been able to get unique and interesting drinks!

Whatever your beer (or cider or seltzer or wine) of choice is, you’ll find it here! Incredible selection, both on tap and on the shelves. The owner is incredibly friendly too!
They also sell some light packaged snacks (chips/crackers) if you need to nosh. There was a TV playing, but they keep the volume low enough that it wasn’t really noticeable, unless you sit at the bar intending to watch. Anyway, definitely check this place out! It’s a chill spot.

Truly incredible beer and wine selection run by a super knowledgeable owner. Want a special barrel aged Belgian? They probably have it. German traditional, check. Oregon esoteric, yup. Absolutely worth a visit and a glass or two.

The best most humble taproom in Seaside. We got to meet the owner which happens to be the bartender Mr. Leo is phenomenal and super down to earth. He explained to us the concept of how the place works and let me tell you is very different from anywhere we have been. There is beer and wine for sale, also wine testings on Wednesdays. Live music on Friday and Saturday. They offer a lot of variety for the beers and wines. They also have a lounge area where you can buy the wine at the store and sit down uncork it and enjoy your wine right there and then no glass at a time or take home to enjoy. The concept is single to get people to come in and enjoy themselves solo, couples or friends. Either way come and see them Leo will take care of you and your party.

Hop & Vine is an absolute gem in Seaside and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality craft beer and genuine hospitality. The selection here is truly remarkable—carefully curated with both local favorites and unique regional finds that highlight the best of the Pacific Northwest’s brewing scene.
What really sets Hop & Vine apart, though, is the expertise and warmth of its owner, Leo. His deep knowledge of beer, wine, and pairing elevates the entire experience. Whether you’re a casual visitor or a seasoned connoisseur, Leo takes the time to share thoughtful recommendations that always hit the mark. His passion for his craft and his community shines through in every detail—from the inviting atmosphere to the consistently rotating, well-balanced tap list.
Hop & Vine is more than just a place to enjoy a drink—it’s a gathering spot that celebrates great taste, local culture, and connection. If you’re in Seaside, don’t miss this standout spot. Support local and stop by—you’ll leave impressed and already planning your next visit.

Great bottle shop and bar. They have a great selection of local wine and beer in addition to things from all over the globe. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any questions about what to buy, be sure to ask them. For the bar portion they have a bunch of beers of all styles and a couple of ciders available.

A very nice place to drop in and wet your whistle! I was amazed to see the large selections of wine and beers they had to offer. The wife and I had two glasses of wine and chips and salsa— it was very good! I feel the price for everything was very reasonable! The facility is small so get there early. There’s not a lot of seating available. The Bartender / Waitress was friendly, courteous, and professional. She actually recommended our good tasting wine. The chips and salsa were good. The salsa was supposedly homemade— it was very good! Overall, I would take myself and the wife back to have another glass of wine. I had a great experience. If you’re ever in Seaside and want to try out assorted types of wine— GO THERE!

Nice find in sleepy Seaside. Leo was very knowledgeable and an excellent host. Great selection of craft beer and wine to go or enjoy on premise. Better than most bottle shops in “big cities” I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Thanks again Leo!!
