Learn how to make cheese sticks they come with cheese on it had the lady make it again and she still put lite cheese so little that it was dry and you could see the bread through it worst cheese sticks I’ve ever and I’m serious when I say this that I have EVER gotten for papa John’s they need retraining.
Also while I’m at it stop handing out 1$ cups of marinara that’s cold like u think I want to go microwave all the cups after paying 1$ each?

I placed an order online and there were some issues, which I could understand but when I tried to explain that I did not receive any text updates about my order as requested on the app the associate st the store immediately got defensive and stated that they had no control over that. I explained, I was not upset with them but that someone needed to be notified that the app was not working accurately they were like well I guess I can tell my manager and they might contact corporate. I said, yes that is what needs to happen. Also, word of advice from a manager over a large team at a very large corporation when a customer is telling you something didn’t go right, you apologize and ensure them you will seek a resolution even if it is not your fault, because you are the representative of the company at that moment.

Do better Papa John’s with customer service training.

Couldn’t even place an order, staff hung up multiple times. Called back to speak with a manager, person we spoke stated she was a manager and cussed us out. Not sure where the miscommunication was but this was literally the first time ordering at this store.
Went with dominoes instead, better choice!

I got a Mushroom Hoagie with extra mushrooms and Mushroom sauce with cheese no onion. I got little tiny mushrooms on the back of the bun. No sauce pr cheese what so ever. I will not be going back to this Papa John’s and I will not recommend this store. They do not deserve any stars. Besides that the girl got upset because I did not want it brunt.

Today I got told they can not deliver to my area. They have delivered here 6 times already. I live maybe 2mins from the new papa John’s. I can see store from my backyard. I canceled my order. Not sure if I will get pizza from that store ever again. SMH

People choose Papa John’s for the pepperoncini peppers… I received one tiny pepper that was smaller than my finger nail… I will continue to order my pizzas from cassanos from now on… thanks for my first experience at the Trenton location…
