Never open 24hrs like they advertise.
And today I decided to make an online order (2pm) asked for an Outlaw with extra veggies. They gave me like3-4 slices…and barely any meat?? I don’t even think it was toasted lol. The whole footlong was like this.

Came at 12:32am, called before hand to make sure they were opened, the gentlemen who answered the phone was super nice! I decided to place an online order since I had a coupon and my sub was just as I wanted it. First time here but I’ll definitely come again, I guess it just depends who’s making your sub.

I had a good experience at the Subway restaurant near home.
This Subway opens 24 hours, and if I
missed my dinner, I could go there even late at night.
I liked their sandwich because you
could build your own sandwich.
They baked their own breads daily
When I went to the Subway, there was no customer in the restaurant.
The restaurant was cleaned, and they kept the restaurant well organized.
They baked their bread daily, and they offered different choices of meats and cheese. Then, they had
vegetables bar which you could choose your own choice of different vegetables. They had tomato, onion, lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, picked
bell pepper, jalapeño and olive.
Also, you could choose different choices of dressings & and condiments.
I ordered the roasted chicken sandwich on multi grain bread
no dressing and oatmeal & raisen
cookies.
They had fast service and excellent
customer service.
After I came home, I tried the roasted
chicken sandwich and oatmeal cookie. The chicken was fresh chicken, and vegetables were fresh
and crispy. The bread was fresh and
soft. The sandwich was a delicious and tasty meal. I loved the Subway
sandwich ! It was a nutritious and healthy choice of sandwich.
I recommend Subway restaurant to everyone because if you want to have a healthy and nutritious meal,

Not easy to order….really slow. Their veggies tend to be old…brown lettuce& avocado. They give less & you have to ask for more ie: red onions, cucumbers.
Becoming very pricey, too…$24 for two 6″ with chips&drink. Rather go to Sepulveda location than this one. Or, out of the area period.

Middle of the day on a Sunday. There’s only one person working by herself and doing so many online orders customers are actually walking out. It’s not like there aren’t other options nearby. One employee can’t do it alone

I’m here now and the cashier has a nasty disposition. She is very dry and seems almost like she’s forced to be here. Not courteous or welcoming. Very slow and doesn’t pay attention to what customers say.

Every time I come here they always take forever and act like they don’t want to do their job. I order on phone and pick up 30 min later for a sandwich and they still don’t have it ready. Always have to stand in line and wait even longer. Asking when the other parole that’s sitting around waiting on their sandwich.

I ordered an online pickup via the subway app when I arrived Efrian the employee told me he will not be able to give me my food or a refund, and told me I can’t help you and you need to figure it out. The worse customer experience ever. When I told him I need a refund or my food he started raising his voice and cursing and being very aggressive. Do not come here they should be closed.

Horrible Place Do Not Go if you are looking for a 24hr Subway. Wanting something to eat after work came door closed employee inside said closed ok maybe short staff came again on a separate week at 11pm employee once again said they were closed. No problem but don’t advertise on website that you are 24hrs owners needs to update hours never returning .
