Upon arriving to collect my order, I was informed it would be ready in five minutes. However, after waiting nearly twenty minutes, I inquired about the status. It was then revealed that my order had been prepared and waiting. I was under the impression that the order would be announced it was ready , and was not aware that I needed to re-queue to retrieve it.

Easy ordering online, i was sent a message to let me know, the delivery driver was on hes way. Hes name was Florentino, he called to let me kno he was outside. He took exactly wat online order said it was gona take 25mins. He was friendly and professional. Pizza was good and the cheese bread with bacon and jalapenos was alright.

The pizza was great!!!! My family loved them. I went to pick up instore today that is Christmas day to enjoy with my family & movie night at home. When I got to the store, the workers where very friendly & working very hard. I was amazed to see all of them working together as a team during what looked to be a very busy day! I was given a great friendly & fast service. I had a great experience & wanted to share it & thank them for working today that its Christmas. The pizza & pasta was greatly cooked. Just perfect!

The pizza here is consistently good with plenty of toppings that actually almost go to the edge of the pie! Staff are friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the special deals they offer. they give you a chance to try new things at a very reasonable price. Parking is sometimes a challenge because they are in a very busy shopping center, especially at dinner time so plan accordingly if you are picking up your order. Delivery time are usually 30-45 minutes and the drivers are polite and professional delivering hot food every time.

Ordered extra sauce, didn’t get it. They were out of one drink that I ordered, but not that big of a deal. The pizza tasted okay, but the cuts didn’t go the whole way through the crust, so slices just kind of tore, or I cut it with a knife.

This is the second time we have had pizza delivered that it’s taken over 2 hours to get it here even though the tracker says it’ll be here in 10 minutes it’s already left the store that’s another hour before it gets here then you call the store and you talk to somebody in the store and they say oh it should be there momentarily still 45 minutes to an hour later literally twice over 2 hours for delivery
