Door dash should not use this place! I ordered a sandwich with extra cheese, cheese steak fries, regular fries and a brownie. No brownie, barley any fries, no extra cheese on the small sandwich or the cheese steak fries. Paid $50.00 some dollars never again oh and two pieces of ice in my drink. And the phone number does not work!!!!!

Ordered through Doordash…the Philly cheesesteak was ok…BUT the way they wrapped the food was terrible. ALL the cheese was stuck to the paper/foil wrapping. I had to throw away pretty much all the cheese topping of the Philly because it was a pain to try and peel off the paper. There were some bites where I was eating the wrapping. I’m not sure if this is an actual place or if it’s some type of kitchenshare business but after reading some reviews on Doordash, it seems like the wrapping is a major problem they don’t seem to create about correcting.

Absolutely horrible. Had an order delivered and the order was incorrect not to mention the sandwiches were soaked and soggy. Way too much cheese not enough meat and the meat that was on the sandwich was terrible.

Not at all impressed. Did door dash, so expected it to be cold when delivered, but the meat was dry and burnt. Way to well done. Very little if any cheese. Did not get the onions or any other topping which I wanted. Order extra cheese on the side even paying but did not receive. Bread way over toasted and hard. Somehow we got a drink and what appears to be a side of fries, however there were maybe 15 fries in the container. The door dash lady left our food on the cold porch not even ringing the doorbell or phoning us for drop off. Paid around $40 with $7 service fee from door dash, but wasn’t worth $5. Would not recommend and will never try this place again and I’m usually happy with anything!

I ordered a cheese steak with 2 sides of extra cheese and an 8 dollar say de of Fries. There were 12 soggy French fries. That’s it. Also. Zero cheese, i mean none at all, on my cheese steak and zero sides. It also tasted horrible. Then when I went to call them I noticed they had 1.6 star review. Guess I know why. Never eat here. Worst meal I have had ever in a decade.

They offered a five-dollar coupon if you sign up for text messages. I was eager to try my cheesesteak. Unfortunately, it took me thirty minutes to find the location. To my surprise, Pardon My Cheesteak shares a building with Buca de Beppo Italian Restaurant . No phone number allowed me to reach an employee of Pardon My Cheesesteak, only prompted me to leave a voicemail. This caused further delay. In addition, there is no indication that the restaurant shares the same address with another restaurant. I spoke with manager about my concern.
