was excited to give Bronx House another shot since my first visit wasn’t the best. This time was a whole different story. It was a Saturday night after a long workday and I ordered through Grubhub. The food showed up exactly on time, hot, fresh and looking glorious. And it was real good.
I wanted to branch out, so I ordered two meals: the baked ziti with grilled chicken and the chicken cutlet parmesan with spaghetti.
The baked ziti was a win. Piping hot, creamy, savory and seasoned well. Not sweet, which I prefer. For this kind of dish, savory sauce is the move.
The chicken cutlet parmesan was the star of the show. Huge portion, crispy, well seasoned, cheesy and just straight up delicious. Chef’s kiss. The spaghetti it came with had its own sauce in a separate container. That sauce wasn’t for me, had a sweet note and something I couldn’t quite place. My daughter liked it though, so it may just be personal taste.
The garlic bread was solid with hints of garlic and Italian seasoning. I would have preferred a buttery version but it did the job.
Overall, the food this round was great and absolutely redeemed the place for me. I’ll be back and would definitely recommend trying Bronx House. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Tonight’s takeout pasta was hot and fresh! Every experience has been top-notch. To-go orders are consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is always polite and attentive—whether dining in or taking out. I’ve never had a negative experience at Bronx House.

Came out with the fam to have pizza and we were highly impressed. As natives from the Bronx, eating the pizza made us feel at home. Highly recommend trying out Bronx house. We live further East in CT and drove 40 minutes for this. Would come back again.

This place has an overwhelming unpleasant smell, making it far from inviting, and its outdated appearance adds to the unappealing atmosphere. I didn’t enjoy the food there and believe the entire place needs a complete remodel.

Ordered a large buffalo chicken and a chicken Caesar salad. Caesar salad comes with NO CHICKEN, clearly it says on the menu that it comes with it. Called Bronx pizza regarding this and they say “we will send the grilled chicken in 45 minutes”. It’s 8:46 PM, we called at 7:06 PM. Never ordering delivery from this place again.
