I wanted to give the benefit of doubt to the other 1 star reviews, but i cant they are correct, food took to long to get here, following the track in the opposite direction from me taking over an hour just to get to me. Then to add i ordered the new Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, it has a red sauce drizzle which there was none on my pizza minus a single slice that has a small line of it. This is the worst dominos location i have ever ordered from.

I placed an order tonight for two medium simple pizzas. The app’s tracker said “Kathrine” started our order. I waited 43 minutes and I didn’t receive any updates on the app after checking over and over again. I called and sat on hold for another 5 minutes until someone picked up. I asked for status and they tell me they haven’t even started it yet. That’s such a ridiculous waste of time where we literally could have gone any where else to feed ourselves. Not one update. The employee I spoke to on the phone had no sense of urgency or customer service to make up for such terrible communication and service. That blows. Thanks for leaving us hungry. I should have read all the other reviews about this location before hand. I doubt this locations franchiser is even reading these reviews.

I buy pizza from this Domino’s almost every other day, and usually, the quality is great. However, whenever a certain lady is working at this Domino’s, there’s always an issue with the pizza. This time, I bought a pizza, and she assured me it was fresh, but it clearly wasn’t up to the usual standard. It’s frustrating because this only happens when she’s there. I expect consistency and good service, so I hope management looks into this and ensures better quality control.

Horrible customer service. I’ve had issues with this location several times. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but my recent experience was the final straw. Waited almost 2 hours for a few pizzas. I called about a hour in and was told it would be 5-10 minutes. Complete lie. I tried to follow up multiple times but no answer. It’s too bad bc I ordered here every Friday for my business. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.

Crust was burnt, Philly cheese steak was sliced so thinly that it burnt and tasted awful and asked for extra Philly cheese steak and didn’t get it. Not worth the price. Don’t order extra of any items because you won’t get, but they will charge you for it. Won’t come back to this location. Just shameful.

Looking forward to some cinnamon twists and they decide to put icing inside my box with garlic nots. I ordered cinnamon twists and they knew that because you have to put the icing inside the box and OBVIOUSLY they saw it was garlic nots doing that. They were closing in a hour so this explains why they were lazy and wouldn’t make more cinnamon twists. Yet I did order and pay. This dominos has very messed up workers. Never again.

We got. Pizza and garlic bread bites tonight. We called in our order and the guy on the phone was so friendly & kind. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like we were interrupting this busy establishment. We picked up our order, which was on time and our food was perfect! We Love this location and have always had a great pizza experience here! Yummy!

I just ordered a pizza from this location..my pizza was delivered only to get it super thin to where my topping and cheese couldn’t hold..even after cooling down so thin and flabby. I called dominoes to express my concerns and the workers there were so disrespectful giving me 3 different names when I asked who I was speaking too. They then lied to me about where the location of the dominoes was at. They hung up on me. So I called back just for them to say this location is closed. I am so upset this was the worst pizza I have ever ordered and I regret spending my money on this. I will be calling back tomorrow to see who I can speak to about this because it was not worth me spending on and the way their employees conducted themselves was unacceptable and disrespectful
