Asked for half a dozen mixed but received this? Only difference is some are wheat and the other isn’t, with only 3 donuts with filling. Granted if they were to have been verbally open about only having these options it would have been appreciated, she even looked and said “uhhh” after saying I wanted mixed knowing there wasn’t much to choose from. They just wanted to make the sell.

if i can give them no stars i would. the ladies who worked there before were super nice i guess they got new owners and stuff and now it’s some older ladies. today i went and greeted the lady at the window “hello how are you” and she respond with “what you need” she was a mexican lady with bright red lipstick and i responded to her kindly and i wasn’t through ordering and after everything i would say she would say “what else you need” terrible service here, i used to love this place with the girls before and now these old lady’s are just rude.

I specifically asked for hot fresh donuts and they didn’t give me what I asked for. I had to warm them up myself. So instead of me eating my donuts right away while driving to my destination…I had to wait. Which honestly I didn’t even want them anymore because I had to wait so long to eat them. Trash. A waste of my money.

Yesterday I stop by and got kolaches and donuts some donuts look like they had mold. I notice once I took bites into my doughnut .Never had an issue like this with previous owners. They also have only hot coffee why promote the ice coffee if they don’t have it available.And also no napkins were available when I ask.

Fast and nice service. Really liked the kolaches! Kolaches are like a sausage empanada with cheese, the bread is really good. The coffee was also really nice here. great place to grab and go

I just went and was helped by a girl with glasses omg! I love her instant connection she cares!! She’s so helpful! Keep her!!! She was so sweet I even gave her some Easter Candy!

Went through Drive thru and no menu. Ask the girl why no menu, every drive thru has a menu. She said I could come inside, that defeats the purpose of drive thru. It’s really about the donuts, though.

Everytime I go later in the morning around 9 AM they’re out of ham and cheese kolaches. This location also doesn’t have the cold brew that other Shipley stores have. Fix these issues and it would be 5 stars. Staff is friendly and the drive through moves fast.
