Carryout. Took a good 5 mins to get helped. Then they guy disappeared into the restroom for our entire wait time. Many guests and doordasher ls came in and waited over 10 m8ns before dls9me acknowledged them.

Very sad. Burnt and uncut food. They did give me a credit, so my review reflects that. However, y’all need to throw out that veggie pasta since no one’s ordering it. It tasted like the metal container.

I have to update my 5 star review from 3 years ago. I’m very patient and I’ve tried to give them a chance, but the last four orders I’ve had there have been wrong. Either the person at the front put it in wrong or the person making it did it wrong. Come on, why you got to burn my breadsticks.

Absolute Joke! Girlfriend was placed on hold twice before the placed the order…Advertised any Pizza for 12 dollars,were charged 21 plus a 5 dollar delivery fee. Guy gets here and give him a 50 and he claims he only has 15 dollars,cant go back to the store and bring back the change. Takes the two medium pizzas(we ordered 1 large) Not back to the store I’m sure. Never Again.

Used to order way more but stopped. I live less 5 minutes from the store. Not even a mile. So when I order for delivery, I expect a pizza Hut delivery driver to bring my food as soon as it leaves the oven. That’s why I’m okay with paying the $5 delivery fee. What I’m not okay with is pizza Hut outsourcing the delivery of my order to door dash, with a driver that’s going to take 20 minutes just to get to the store, and then another 20 to bring me my now cold food because he’s got 6 different orders with him going all kinds of places. I’m not okay with that. If I wanted to use door dash, I would use door dash. I specifically order from pizza Hut because it’s one of the few places in this small town that does deliver. But no more. Do your own work, pizza Hut. I had NO say in the door dash thing both times it happened and I do not appreciate pizza Hut basically taking the money and running. I was okay with your driver getting that fee and tip. I’m NOT okay with it going to a door dash driver!

They work hard to get your food ready in a timely matter. The food presentation is great. Toppings are spread evenly across the pizza, instead of being tossed on in a blob. They are always friendly!

Was going to get a door dash order and when I arrived I was told I needed to call customer service by a guy standing outside. I told him okay and proceeded to walk inside because I thought he was just some person but he apparently was the general manager and was extremely rude explaining why I needed to call customer service because they were out of dough and couldn’t make the order. Didn’t catch his name, he has a beard though and didn’t look nor act professionally. Definitely someone that should be removed from any sort of customer service position.

We have been ordering Pizza Hut more and more frequently over the past few months. While continuing to earn points on their app, we continue to get a lot of food at some very reasonable prices. And the staff at this location has been awesome everytime with our big orders. We will continue to frequent here based on prices and customer service.

Absolute Joke! Went in to order 4 $2 pizzas told me it’ll be an hour after an hour of waiting I came back to pick up the order and they told me they cancelled the order! Now I’m left with nothing to eat today as it was my last couple dollars until payday!
