I’ve been picking up from this location at least once a week since i’ve been pregnant. The staff is friendly and casual, creating an inviting atmosphere. Toby remembers my order and recognizes me as a regular. I look forward to my weekly visits, easily one of my favorite places to be a regular at 🙂

My wife and I decided to try MOD pizza for the first time last night so we went there for dinner and the pizza was okay no comment on the pizza.
But I have to share this, the Military discount I got made me laugh! They advertise a military discount, so I asked about it at checkout. On a $40 bill, they gave me… $0.37 off. Not joking. Thirty-seven cents. I wouldn’t have asked if I knew it was that symbolic.
I do appreciate the gesture, but it kinda made me upset more than happy. I know for a fact I wouldn’t be so mad if you guys don’t offer any discounts at all. Like if you just skip the discount altogether but don’t make fun of me by giving me -$0.37 “public services” on the receipt. Because that’s what it felt like.
So 3 stars on everything else, but you got one star in total for the joke.

The service was 10 ⭐️! Above and beyond. You can have practically any topping and they have cauliflower crust. The salad is made right in front of you to order and you can have extra onions! If you don’t like red sauce they have white and barbecue and PESTO!!! I am new to Washington and haven’t seen A/C anywhere….its here! Set on arctic chill so that was refreshing since I’ve been in Florida and everywhere has a/c

First, let me say I love the staff. They are all amazing people and its a shame I have to say the next part – Ill probably never come back to Mod again, especially this location.
1 – 3rd time in a row having a pizza with a burned bottom and raw top.
2 – Not only did they raise the prices drastically, but also reduced the portion sizes of each topping – its now cheaper per person to go to Vics or Old School for a calzone each than Mod or a pizza each
3 – Its freezing cold in ALL of their locations. Not just like, stingy with the heat but I am starting to wonder if they pump out AC in the winter. Even this last summer at over 95 degrees mid day, we will freeze if we dine in.
I love the fact that Mod started with the idea of local, quality, equitable food but, as they grow, they seem to be becoming too large to listen to little voices. My family and apparently, many others per Reddit have tried to reach out to management or corporate about their double jab at portions and price and all of it has fallen on deaf ears and the most anyone gets back is a corporate speak copy paste full of excuses and victimhood. Never mind they are 400 million dollar a year business in 2021 that wasted it all in poor leasing and business choices that is now passing their poor choices onto the customer and is now on the verge of bankruptcy. If you want to drive the last nail into your businesses coffin, alienate your customers during an economic crisis.

Nice location. Friendly stagf. Sometimes the toppings can be not so fresh or they might run iut of some. They were out of basil. What puzza place runs out of basil! Always new faces meaning hugh turnover so inexperienced hands making the pizzas. Overall 4 out of 5 for food due to above reasons but decent value for the $$

I like Mod Pizza. It’s thin and crispy crust is perfect for not making you feel over gluten burdened. The sauce is tasty and I feel like the amount of toppings and cheese are always on point. This is the first time I’ve been to this new location. The restaurant was clean and empty. I was immediately greeted by the young gal behind the counter. Very friendly and eager to make my pizza. I got a Hawaiian with Feta kids sized pizza, which was the perfect size for my appetite. I must say, they are expensive. But, I don’t frequent this area often so it was a fun and tasty splurge. The music was also at a decent level and both the young people working were friendly, and hustling when the place started getting busier. Nice job!

I am not impressed with its cleaners. Very dirty on a counter. Disgusted looking. I gave the guy with glasses $20 and 10 cents. The pizza cost $18.11. I thought they wd round off and give me $2. Nope. They gave me exact changes. Good riddance. Everyone does not care about a penny and they round off but not this place. Good Lord. Greedy? Even for one cent?!

We have going to this location for some time now, we enjoy how clean the lobby is, the staff is friendly and always happy. Prices are reasonable, topping choices are good, and wait time is reasonable. We have order pick up and in store and both experiences were spectacular

The pizza is fine but the few times ive visited in person the mod makers are rude, Standoff, short. The first time I went in person it took me a few seconds to order and the lady helping made sure to let me know they were annoyed, I understand that confused customers are annoying but if you dont have the patients to work with people then dont get a job in customer service.

Visited on 2/23 with my family and ordered two Mega Dough with all Vegies. This was delicious and we all enjoyed this platter. But we noticed three major findings.
– One of our pizzas were burnt
– Too many staff members with loud voice, playing around with lot of noise and did not felt it is family place to go for Dinners
– visited three times so far and i do not see consistency making pizza, sometimes burnt or uncooked properly
