Ate here 2 days apart and both times were a complete failure.
Day 1: rice was more undercooked than sushi. I’m sure gravel wouldn’t have been as crunchy. Went back to the drive thru and was told it would be an hour for rice to cook…
Day 2: rang up the wrong amount of items than I ordered so we were missing food as well as not even getting the correct item we ordered and was wrong up correctly on the receipt. This is why they say they are supposed to confirm your order (shocker… they did not, so surprise for us). Didn’t have time to go back this trip, so I tried calling to let them know so they could correct or replace the items, and I’m assuming their phone is on silent mode or something. I called 4 times and nothing each time.

Did I mention everyone in the restaurant were grown adults? Not teenagers… incompetence and disregard for paying customers to put it simply.

The worst part of my visit to this KFC was the complete lack of customer service. KFC sends coupons to customers, yet when I arrived at the store, they refused to honor them. Even though I couldn’t use the coupon, I still placed the order.

When I received my food, items were missing, cold Mac n cheese. On top of that, I specifically asked for sauces while ordering, and when I got to my car—no sauces were included.

It’s frustrating to see how far fast-food customer service has declined. Situations like this make the experience feel careless and poorly managed. This location seriously needs to improve its service and attention to customers. Close this place down…

I went thru the drive thru today, ordered an 8 piece bucket of Crispy Fried Chicken, and 2 sides to go with it. The service was good and fast but they gave me “old chicken that was kept under their heat lamps since lunch”. It was hard and tough, and not enjoyable. It was not hot, tender and fresh as it should have been. I don’t like to complain but get tired of not getting what I pay for and I don’t live in town. Not convenient to return it.

Tocarra was great! And the chicken was amazing!!! Not trying to sound crazy but this was the first KFC in a while that had really good Chicken, next time I pass through town I’ll definitely stop and grab a bite ⚡️

Spent 79 dollars on food for a greeving family in late December. Didn’t give me all of my food.gave them a call and gave my name and they said sorry I can get it next time I come in.went in today feb.5 to get it and there was no record of it. Manager said no problem I will fix it.from there had to wait 20 minutes before the would take an additional order that I asked for 2 times. Cashier gave me what she wanted to give me and not what I ordered. Manager told her to fix it.again she gave me what she wanted to give me.when I said it was wrong again I was told she was giving the chicken I ordered to someone else so I had to take what she gave me.and the wings were smaller than a chicken nugget from McDonald’s!!! Get home with it and it was so dry we couldn’t even eat it.will never go back there again.

I would like to rate higher because the young lady who took our order was very sweet and helpful. She was doing hey best under poor circumstances. The food was good. This location is very understaffed, though. It took us 45 minutes to get our food which added that much time to our 12 hour trip. It’s not the workers fault, but they need more people at this location.

Arrived at 6:05 pm on Tuesday. Waited for nearly 20 min to give order-2 piece dark original with a side of Cole slaw. No dark original and no cole slaw. After another 15 min received my 2 piece dark extra crispy and green beans. Not what I wanted, but due to the wait time hated to go elsewhere. What happened to customer service? We, as consumers, pay the highest price and cannot get what we expect. Sylvester needs better than this!
