Absolutely unacceptable service. I waited over an hour for my order to be completed. They made our pizzas, but then told us to wait in the drive-thru for the wings. After sitting there, they had us pull around—and still no food. When I politely asked how much longer the wings would be, they completely ignored me and wouldn’t even respond. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s crazy that it’s been 2 hrs and I didn’t get my pizza. Had to get a refund. I don’t know what’s going on with Crystal springs fast food. But sonic and Pizza Hut has been this way. Definitely need new management and workers.

Ordered dinner here last night and my food was very good! The young lady in the window that greeted me was very friendly, & my order was ready really fast & it was a big order. The manager also came to the window to make sure I was satisfied with how the pizza looked.

My husband and I got two pizzas today at this location, and they were absolutely amazing! They were the best tasting and prettiest pizzas we’ve ever had from Pizza Hut! Don’t get me wrong, we always like the pizza we get from Pizza Hut, but these were even better than usual. Everything looked and tasted very fresh!
And Valerie, the lady who took our order, was very sweet and friendly. 🙂

Their thoughts were similar to mine.
It has been better. Usually it has more sauce and ingredients on it. It was good, but we have tasted better. Maybe, they have new employees, who
haven’t guiet perfected their amount of sauce and ingredients, or maybe management is new. It was just a little below their standard if excellence, that we have always enjoyed. We will try it again… that’s the only fair thing to do.
I would make the suggestion that some one employed at Pizza hut try out , Little Caesars,. They in our opinion, really have it going on and their prices are a bit cheaper, and they have pizzas made up and they are hot and ready to go!
I’m not saying don’t try Pizza hut…they have been great for a number of yrs. And maybe they were just a little bit off

Small drive up only location. Food is pretty consistent with the chain. Service is a tad slow. Food ordered via mobile app was available when stated.

This Pizza Hut is 50/50 sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s not, takes forever to get your order every now and then. Not Popeyes slow but close. And no delivery.

I get being short handed so I am willing to wait, however if you are going to make me wait at least have my pizza right! I used my points to get these pizzas so obviously I am a regular customer. I have NEVER had a worse pizza!! The crust was wrong and the sauce was on there like it was sneezed out , in other words there was hardly any to speak of on either of the pizzas. This is not an oh well you get what you paid for since I infact earned those points.
