I put in a pickup order today & it was great. I saw some negative reviews on here, this is my first time at this location & believe this place has improved. This is honestly the best subway sandwich I’ve had. There was a kind older lady working there. Tip her well she’s worth it.

I’ve been to the subway a handful of times and I swear the service gets worse and worse every time the bread is usually hard and fall apart and the service is pretty unfriendly. It’s almost like why are you here? Hurry up and get out type of service I went there today and got bad service from a guy so I drove all the way to the Timoth subway that’s in the Walmart and got way better service. I think they need to hire new people and really pull it together for that store in Wellington because it’s just not good service at this time.

I use to order online from here before. Went into subway to order… out of several ingredients. Was unable to put my phone number in to get rewards for ordering 3 footlongs. One guy working who was pleasant and trying to accommodate me with minimal ingredients. Please don’t set your staff up to fail.

We ordered a $64 party platter. The manager was supposed to make it but she quit today & didn’t tell staff to expect me coming in to pick up the platter. No platter, which I found out when I arrived to pick up my order.

If I could give them zero stars I would this was the worse visit I have ever seen. Just left this location, the two kids working are absolutely awful the one kid niya I think no actual name tags it was a sparkly name on her hate wore the same gloves touch the register, cash, food, her cloths, and god know what else. I should have left with out the food. It was so sloppy thrown together and I had to repeat my self 5 times to get one thing add to the sandwich. I get yall are teens but have a little respect and take some pride in your job. it’s very rare we go out for dinner and something like this I’ll just make my food at home at least I’ll know I won’t get sick cause yall don’t know how to was your hands and change your gloves. I hope the health department shut yall down.

I had to remove my review from 5 years ago when our sandwiches were so bad I posted a picture and hadn’t been back until today. The manager woman that was working today did a perfect job all sandwiches were fresh full and ready in hardly any time. I’m impressed, thank you.

The last 2 times I’ve been there they have spread my avocado on my sandwich w their fingers. They are wearing gloves but is it really that hard to get a utensil? The sandwich was so small as well. They put like 2 ounces of tuna per sandwich then if you ask for double meat they charge you when an actual portion of protein should be 4 ounces. They need some food safety training!

Just awful. To start, somehow they’re out of steak making my wife and I’s sandwiches, which inconvenient, but I’ll get over it. They offer to make a new sandwich so I ask for a chicken bacon ranch. Get my food… there’s no ranch. How we managed to forget that is beyond me. Then, we order 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies, and end up with 3 double chocolate cookies. No notice of being out of what we ordered so either they omitted that or just can’t read. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
