Upon entering, the space feels cozy and welcoming, with great views of the street and people passing by. It definitely has a classic diner vibe, which adds to its charm.
Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. The cheese curds came out perfectly cooked — easily one of my favorites and a highlight of the meal. I ordered a burger with fries, and the waiter asked how I wanted it cooked, so I requested well done. After a bite or two, I noticed there was still some pink in the meat. While my fiancé reassured me it would be fine, it did make me anxious and affected my enjoyment of the meal. In hindsight, I could have said something, but I also expected it to be cooked as requested, so it may have simply been a miscommunication. Either way, it was a bit disappointing.
The booths are fairly tight, though they do offer tables as an alternative, which is nice. The bathroom was small and somewhat underwhelming, leaving room for improvement in that area as well.
On a positive note, my fiancé absolutely loved his Cuban sandwich and had nothing but great things to say about it.
Overall, Restaurant Lake Aire has a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and some standout food, but there are a few areas where improvements could be made.

Nice place, wife wanted eggs from across the street, I really don’t like harbor potatoes. I ordered well done hash browns, no where close, and you didn’t bother to fry the other side. Even though I like my bacon not so crispy, yours was excellent!!! Everything was good. If we get back this way maybe we can stop again

This place was so good. The price point is great for the area too. I got the Mediterranean omelette and the gyro omelette. I substituted toast for pancakes which was the best decision I’ve made all day. The pancake has a crispy edge on one side and soft fluffy pancake throughout. I haven’t had a pancake this good in so long! The omelette were also 10/10

Fantastic, breakfast, friendly staff, clean spot. Coffee was flowing and the hashbrowns were perfectly crispy. One of the best bloody Marys I’ve had in a hot minute.
A bit pricey but the ingredients were so good/fresh, it was worth it.

I’ve been here a number of times and it is a cheerful diner. It’s kind of the perfect small town diner. The staff are friendly. Sarah and Jeff have taken excellent care of me. The food is always exactly what it’s supposed to be and tasty. They make sure that you’re well taken care of andI will be back 🙂

I had a great experience during my visit. Our server, Colleen, was incredibly kind, attentive, and very easy to talk to. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely return.

The service was good, but we couldn’t say the same about the food, unfortunately. I ordered grilled cheese, and the cheese wasn’t melted , and the cheese curds weren’t the best.
I didn’t want to complain because they were busy , and I liked the server we had, plus the environment was kid friendly.
I assumed that maybe it’s because we went on a holiday, and they were busy , so the food was rushed?
I’ll probably give them another chance on a less busier day to see if my theory was right.
