Went to the east side to pickup three pizzas. I then went to pay for my order and the manager said he can’t break a $100 bill. I told him I want to pay cash only. He then got irritated and pissed off. I told him it was pretty bad that you can’t break $100 bill. I then had to go to loaf and jug down the street to break $100 bill to go back to Domino’s as my pizza was cold now. Awful customer service bad management! I had issues with his manager in the past as well can’t believe he still works there! I will complain to corporate.

The Pizza was very disappointing, Sauce was very low quality flavor, isn’t what it used to be.
The BBQ Spicy Chicken was very disappointing, Sauce Flavor was very poor quality.
The Salad was bad, brown color & Expired, had to toss it out.
We paid $67 for this order. It was not worth it. The only thing that was worth it was our Delivery man. He was GREAT I could have ordered from Old Chicago for the same price & got 100% satisfaction with our food.

The staff are fantastic, and to all who whine about “high prices” — use Domino’s digital coupons! Through these coupons, I normally shave off 1/3 of every bill and still get everything I want.

Dominos messed up my order and also didn’t receive the 3 garlic butters that I paid for! Called them back and they said we would have a credit of$27.00. Tried to use that credit today and they said they had no record of it! Won’t be using them again!!!!!

I like ordering from Domino’s cause the pizza is always pretty good, but as of late I’ve noticed the most recent times that my order is missing toppings. Like for instance the pizza I ordered today as of writing this was a: Brooklyn Style Crust, with extra pepperonie, extra sausage, onions, extra black olives, and red peppers. I did intend to put mushrooms, but my finger must have slipped. That still doesn’t excuse why literally half of the things I did order to be on there weren’t. There was no sausage, or onion. When I called to complain they asked if they could take the old pizza back and I said sure and asked why cause I know they won’t be able to do anything with it and they said “It’s incase you’re scamming” Well I posted a picture of the pizza I ordered below this review. It does look good do not get me wrong, but you can plainly see there are no sausages nor onion There is rarely a bad pizza, but when you order something from a place and you pay for that item to be specific. you should get what you paid for without ridicule or being accused of being a scammer. That was utterly rude and of them to flat out accuse me when they are the one’s who actually did mess up and I wasn’t even mad about the mess up. Just fix my order, if you wanted the pizza back just ask for it back. I had no issue of giving it back if I wasn’t accused of being a scammer. So to those reading this. Check your orders before the driver leaves or you leave the business. Save yourself the frustration.

On Tuesday night I had ordered my family a pizza, parm bread bites and chocolate lava cakes. We had eaten the pizza and all said that it tastes a little off. A few hours went by and we all began to throw up etc. I called the next morning just to let them know. I asked for no refund and no free pizzas I just wanted them to know we got sick after eating it. And the girl I talked to was very rude. She told me it was virtual impossible to get food poisoning from their pizzas. When I tried to explain I wasn’t mad I just wanted to make sure they solved the issue so no one would get sick she again told me that you can’t get food poisoning from them. They clean everything and wear gloves. Then she hung up on me. I never raised my voice or swore. I then proceeded to call back and ask for the manager and when I talked to him he said “ okay I don’t know what to do about that “ and just asked for my address to see what I ordered then immediately got off the phone with me. I will never have business with them again after how rude they were when I was just trying to make sure no one else got sick.

Delivery to our hotel was fast. The pizza was so hot we couldn’t hardly get it out of the box with our fingers we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it tasted awesome! We had other pizzas and sides. All was very good. Definitely will be ordering from here when we are in town.
