Entrance is shared with the bank. Go in and use door to immediate left. Expect the same here as any other location. Food is consistent. Bathrooms are clean. Location is a bit weird to get to. Need to drive through Cub parking lot or use 96 which is inconvenient. Parking is limited but I’ve never had an issue. Recently paved parking.

UPDATE:
Don’t place orders for future pickup, they will make them immediately and your food will sit on the sheet forever.
This is a reoccurring issue that management clearly doesn’t care about despite their response to my original review.
Probably wouldn’t have come back if it weren’t for coworkers who wanted to eat here.

Curbside is joke, it doesn’t work, don’t use it, and definitely dont tip because they wont do it anyway.
They also made my food almost an hour before it was scheduled to be picked up.
It’s a shame they are incapable of doing this because other than this issue they aren’t bad.
Don’t offer a service if you aren’t going to actually do it.
I waited out front after “checking in” for 10 minutes before just going in and getting it myself. I saw my order right on the shelf with “CURBSIDE” all in caps on the receipt.
Also 7 employees standing around looking for something to do.
I will admit the staff seemed polite when I asked for a drink tray.
Really disappointed and frustrated overall.
There are plenty of other great places to get lunch around the area though.
If you haven’t been to Casa lupita down the road I would highly recommend it

I am not happy with my experience at this Jimmy John’s. Today, I ordered two sandwich combo meals for delivery. I ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT. When Jimmy John’s came to deliver my order, They forgot the BLT sandwich. I then called them to tell them that they forgot and they said they were going to make it right and come back with the correct sandwich. They texted me saying they were at the front of my apartment when they weren’t. I waited there for 10 to 15 minutes and they still didn’t come. I called them back, and the manager told me they had video footage of them making the two sandwiches and then accused us of stealing which was hurtful. They eventually realized they may have delivered the wrong order to me and then came back with a new sandwich that wasn’t the BLT. I am disappointed with my service at this restaurant and I am so dissatisfied in how I was treated by the manager. I will not be going back to this Jimmy John’s and I do not recommend this Jimmy John’s to anyone.

I have worked in the food industry, so I try to be forgiving. Unfortunately today was beyond contempt. I bought the bootlegger sub. Roast beef and turkey. First off where was the meat? Asked for reg amount of mayo? Super dry. Asked for small amount of pickels. Got 3? If your not familiar, when you order, they ask how much of what you want of condiments and toppings. With no guidelines of how much is reg or extra. So you need a PhD in sandwich making. Or hopefully the person making your sandwich uses good discretion. Not in this case. It was bread and not a lot in middle. I like to have some control on what goes on my sandwich. But I’m paying money to experience a good sandwich on merit. They also ask if you want it cut in half. I did. It was not. I asked for mustard packets. Received 0. A clasal fail. Jimmy john’s what did I actually pay for?

Two orders in a row they used Uber, they got lots. I live .07 miles away, I watched them on the tracking app go all around me and back and forth right past me. I tried to text the driver but both times they didn’t speak English. So much for ordering a hot toasted sandwich. Cold and soggy at $25.00 a pop. I’m done with Jimmy John’s.

I dont know what’s going on with Jimmy Johns lately. This one in particular had a very dirty bathroom with an overflowing garbage can, and the paper towel dispenser was empty. This was 1130am, mid-week before the lunch rush. And like other Jimmy Johns, the sandwich was thin. Not necessarily less meat, but fewer veggies.

I ordered through the app for ASAP pickup and arrived at the store 20 minutes later. I informed them I was there for my order, but I waited over half an hour as they prioritized walk-in orders that came after mine. Others experienced the same issue. I ultimately canceled my order. Very unorganized—avoid this location!
