Both of these orders are super delicious and really filling. They’re my go-to in the mornings.
The croissant egg & cheese hits every time. The buttery croissant with extra folded eggs, melty American cheese, fresh arugula, tomatoes, sweet peppers, and that chipotle aioli just works. It’s warm, savory, and keeps me full for hours. I usually pair it with the passion fruit papaya green tea, which is light, refreshing, and not too sweet — perfect balance.
The chipotle chicken, egg & avo sandwich is my other favorite. It’s hearty without feeling heavy. The chicken, egg, avocado, extra arugula, tomatoes, and garlic aioli make it super satisfying and packed with flavor. Same green tea on the side, and I’m set.
Bonus: ♿️ Accessibility is no issue here as it’s located on the ground floor, making it easy for everyone to enter and exit the store.
Parking : Parking lot with tons of spots available.

We had a really good experience at this Panera Bread located in Chester. Everything was good taste wise and felt fresh. The guy at the counter was really helpful and gave us an explanational service. We tried coffee , sandwiches , bagels etc. and all of them were good as expected. ✅️

I have been here several times and they are always consistently delicious. It is a clean place for dining inside or out and there is always plenty of seating. Recently I ordered breakfast pick-up for a larger group. Took a little longer as they had to brew the coffee for the to-go box, so if you are on a schedule, I’d call or leave notes saying so. That being said, the order was correct and everything was fresh and good. This is a location I would continue going to for breakfast or lunch.

Service has improved. All orders were delivered on time and were accurate. Good was good and fresh. Staff is friendly.
Update 10/27/24.
We have placed a large order. No fully satisfied with it:
– no arugula in sandwich
– one of fruit cups was half empty.
– soup in the bread – ordered potato, got french onion.
I strongly recommend checking order for accuracy.
Restaurant was not busy during our visit.
Good place to get a meal. All the ingredients are definitely fresh. When we visited, the place was mostly empty (around 11 am) so it took no time from the moment we ordered until we received our food.
WiFi is free, plenty of parking (free).
Drive thru is available.

We placed our order. Young people in back preparing orders. They were laughing, carrying on throwing stuff at each other. Putting their hands to their mouths. Little young girl kept wiping her hands on her shirt. They forgot part of our order, bagel and cream cheese. My wife went up and asked the young people about the missing bagel & cream cheese. She went back up to the register to ask the woman who took our order but she was no where to be found. My wife went back to pickup counter but got no help. While she went back up again to register to find the woman who took our order. I then went up to pickup counter and looked in. I found the woman who took our order. She had her cellphone out showing something to 3 of the young. They were are just standing laughing. I hollered at them for our bagel & cream cheese. Young people went back to work and woman and got our bagel and cream cheese.

Ordered takeout 4 times in the last 3 months. They messed up the order every single time. Live 25 away so not worth it to go there to get it fixed. I Dont understand how you give me half a sandwich instead of a full one. Or forget to put bacon on a sandwich when you take extra time to make it. Not going again, seems like it was intentional.

The service at the drive thru is so extremely slow, 10 minutes to get a cup of black coffee with only one car in front of me and the had only been open for 5 minutes. Another time orderd coffee with cream and the temperature of the hot coffee was cold…even the cup was cold to the touch! Had to go back in to get another hot cup and the attitude was awful.

Dirty dishes and General Manager Matt said “don’t worry about it” “we just need to soak them they are stained but they are sanitized”. OK I don’t care if it’s “sanitized” I don’t want to eat food off dishes that I can scrape the residue off with the spoon I’m eating with. The dish isn’t clean. Period. You shouldn’t be able to scrape anything from the dish your food is on. Look at my photo. You can clearly see where my soup ends and the dirty residue begins. And the GMs dismissive attitude was not acceptable either. After seeing at least two reviews claiming they got food poisoning here I’m not surprised.
Additionally they don’t heat/crisp the bacon in a BLT at this location which makes zero sense. I know it’s already cooked but it’s supposed to be served crisp with the fat rendered not refrigerated. Every other Panera location heats it. Not this one.
Major shame. I hope corporate reads this and does something about it.

Panera Chester NJ is really quality food prepared so fresh! I think this is the best Panera I have been, nice people, clean environment, great food choices and new sandwiches are terrific. I also like I can get fresh bread sliced to order, I will be back soon, very soon! Nice job managing this store!
