Normally, the food is good and the store is very clean, even if the customer service isn’t the best. However, the last three time I came in and Jessica( new girl) was there the store is filthy, the food isn’t fresh and she acts like the customers just woke her up from a nap! The first time the sandwich was awful. The 2nd and third time I just left without ordering anything. I will not be back until Jessica is gone and order is restored.

TODAY IT 90 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND THE AIR CONDITIONING HAS NOT WORKED IN WEEKS. THE WORKERS ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN AND ARE SWEATING AND TRYING TO FIX ORDERS WITH OVENS AND BREAD WARMERS CONSTANTLY RUNNING. THE LOBBY IS FILTHY. EVERY TABLE HAS TRASH AND FOOD UNDER THEM. IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO EAT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. YOUR COMPANY CAN DO BETTER BY YOUR WORKERS AND YOUR CUSTOMERS.

They keeps the food stocked on the bar, cookie always being cook freshed, some cleaning needs to be done after each sandwich (CLEAN WORKSTATION) or if you mess clean it up clean behind yourself. It needs to be a routine to maintain a clean & healthy environment especially around foods. I wouldn’t put in an order the app, they’re sloppy & heavy on the ingredient/condiments from my experience. It’s best to see how they prepare your sandwiches & tell them how much is needed on the sandwich. The award cards helps, along with daily coupon especially if you’re buying for more than one person. Overall, with these changes & courtesy to accommodate people if items isn’t available (mustard, used the package) I think it can be better services & business. A lot has changed since the pandemic, maybe before then. Attitude & negative energy. You can feel someone causing problems as customer are turning away from the business. No music playing, no smiles, no mask on, no gloves or routine changing, no nothing. Don’t you have to follow health & food guidelines or that’s out the window now like food handlers cards.

None of the 3 employees working have any sense of urgency at all. Waited in line for 45 minutes after getting off of a 11hr shift. And there was bugs crawling around on the tables. The young guy working dropped a knife, walked to the kitchen rinsed it for less than 5 seconds and tried to use it on my sub like WHAT. As someone that used to manage a subway, I will not come back.
