Every-time I order an egg and cheese biscuit they never put enough egg on the biscuit. I’m pretty sure I’m supposed to get more than a sliver of egg. When I tell them can they go heavy on the egg I end up getting charged extra for a normal serving of egg.

After reading the reviews from the past year, it makes even more sense.
I’m not sure why, but the overall quality has declined. So much so, that I now consider going to Kernersville for Bojangles.
The Cajun biscuit was lackluster and best; the chicken was dry and both the biscuit and chicken did not taste like they normally do. The fries were cooked in old oil (you can always tell by the taste). And when paying for the food, the attendant gave me the total then proceeded to walk away from the window without letting me know if there was a wait or delay for my food or anything else. Five minutes later she returned to the window, took my payment, and gave me my order.
Lots of room for improvement.

The past two times I have came I have waited over 20 minutes for my food. They were not busy each time. This time I was served burnt borounds each time even after waiting a second time. The manager seemed irritated, but I was polite the entire time although I was very irritated with this terrible presentation of my food.

I’m quite sad because I was really looking forward to a chicken rice bowl. I always seem to miss it when they have them. And last time they had them I got one and they messed my order up! Now it’s even worse because the automated ordering system is awful. It messes up the order every time. I tried to get an employee to correct the order and they didn’t understand what I was asking and acted annoyed & stopped responding to me so I drove off. Guess the chicken rice bowl and I are not meant to be

I just left from this place and the food and the customer service is horrible… I asked for a light biscuit they gave me the darkest biscuit and the sausage was inedible it was too crispy… I called multiple times and got an initial answer then I was hung up on multiple times by the female “supposed to be manager” this place needs a redo all over. customer service is non existent

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give the customer what they ask for. I ordered a Cajun fillet sandwich. I paid for a Cajun filet sandwich, and I got a biscuit. I even made sure to tell the person on the intercom, that I did not want the biscuit, that I wanted the sandwich, and I still get a biscuit.

So for the last two times I’ve been there I’ve received very dry tiny pieces of chicken strips with the supreme combo!! It’s so dry that it’s chewy… and difficult to eat! Also what is up with the AI taking orders?? It’s freaky. Please use a real human!

The new AI drive through is… Okay? But not great. Just as likely to make mistakes as a person is. Got fries instead of bo rounds last time and the server nearly didn’t give us the other drink but the AI did correctly record it at least so there’s that?
