I had the pleasure of running into Mr. Coconut on the boardwalk here in Oceanside! Such a cool vibe. It reminded me of the last time I got a coconut cracked open down in the tropics. Only his actually had a ton of coconut juice! And when I was done sipping, he cracked it open and cut out the meat! Super sweet and filling! Check him out for sure!
