As I’m sure with any Chick-fil-A built in a small town, we were super excited to have this establishment. I’m not sure why they still can’t quite hit the mark as other Chick-fil-A restaurants. We frequent this one at least once a week and have only literally once ever had our order correct when we order on the app and scan in the restaurant. Of course being in the restaurant they fix the problem quickly. If it is happening inside I’m assuming it also happens through the drive-thru quite frequently and that would be more frustrating because you would not be able to get it fixed quickly. Something is lacking in the system or training where something is always missing or inaccurate. As far as the drive-thru I don’t have any issues with the lines being long but the line still seem to take longer than necessary for a fast food establishment. Using the mobile app to pre-order does not make it any faster. But again it’s Chick-fil-A, where everyone is super nice and the food is most of the time hot and fresh, but for some reason, corporate still really needs to come in and refresh or retrain for efficiency and accuracy to be living up to the well known Chick-fil-A standards.

I took my 18 month old daughter to dine in this afternoon (we frequently do mobile thru and never have a complaint) but I am trying to teach my daughter how to behave in a restaurant.
As most parents, I was trying to be conscious of her noise and mess so as to not disturb the other customers dining. Leslie saw me trying to clean up, and told me that I shouldn’t be doing that and she was happy to do it once we were finished. Of course, I insisted but the interaction was very kind.
A few minutes later, Leslie returned with a small gift for my daughter and it absolutely made both of our days!! There was no long conversation beforehand, or much interaction, just a very kind woman who took the opportunity to make our days better. Leslie is the epitome of a good, hard-working, compassionate employee and CFA is lucky to have her!!
Honorable mention to the employees working the register as well. I did not get their name but their kindness was appreciated just as much.

Good evening usually always have great service at Chic-fil-A but sorry to say not at this one.
I got there and the website says open til 10:00 pm I’m there 9:09 pm and the dining room is closed. The driver-thru is open, so I make an order and have to eat in the parking lot, I ordered ice tea so when the line died down 15 minutes later I pulled back to the end of the line and asked if I could get a refill on the sweet tea I just purchased 15 mins earlier. I was told NO we do do refills in drive thru, I could purchase another and she would bring it out to me. I told her I would have ate in the dining room if it was open. She said the dining room is closed.

This is the 2cd time within 2 months that I have ordered a salad and it contained pork which I don’t eat for health & religious reasons. I asked for it not to be put on my salad. I asked for no cheese because I was born with a milk allergy. I paid extra for blueberries, strawberries, and apples in which non of that was put in my salad. I paid extra for chicken I received crumbs. I have never had this problem at any other chic fil a just this one. I took a lost on my 1st salad figured everyone was new since it was just built. But now it’s ridiculous. I paid roughly $16.00 for something that cause me to waste gas, time, time write this review take pictures, and I have to go back home to figure out what to fix after a 10 hour workday. Now have to return to the store to waste more time. I will go back to eating Zacbys. I can’t wait to see how this is going to be rectified. Stay tuned for more..

The service here is lacking that normal Chick-kindness. On top of the underwhelming customer service, the orders are never right. I can’t keep track of how many times I have ordered large sauce bottles, cookies, whatever and they are missing! Food is not as good or fresh-tasting as other locations. Still love having a local Chick, and look forward to them improving!

Been to this location many times and they have never ever gotten a whole order right yet. Always missing at least one of the things I ordered or gave me the wrong drink.
This time they forgot one my chicken sandwich for my chicken sandwich meal, burnt the coffee, got a frozen chicken Noodle soup and they refuse to refund me. I can apparently burn my gas to go back up there for a sorry sandwich that would probably be cold or half rotten. No survey on the receipt. This is the sorriest chickfila establishment in nc. Pathetic.

I frequent this particular location and have never had an concern until recently. I love our fur babies but there should be sanitary standards that should be enforced. I saw one of the Chick-fil-A workers bring food to a car in front of me and let the dog pick the back of her hand. I watched to see if she washed her hands but she NEVER DID. She went back to working and handling the drive through orders. I’m so disappointed. It makes me wonder what else is going on.

The first time I’ve actually had a food problem at a chick fil a restaurant. Ordered last week from here, took my food to my hotel, started eating my sandwich, and observed mold was on the bread!! Called customer service and the store concerning the issue and refund was granted.

We were traveling through and stopped at this Chick Fil-A for lunch. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent!! They were passing out samples of their newest drink flavor which my Son Loved (Pineapple Dragonfruit Lemonade), he said it was even better frosted. Thank you for the card, you brightened our day too!
