What can I say about my friendly neighborhood Dunks…
They are accommodating with my very specific coffee order (see picture evidence). The vast majority of the employees are polite and pleasant.
And they do their best to manage the influx of preteens that fill the place when school lets out, they keep it impressively clean when you take that into account.

The very first thing I said when I orderded was my drink. I specifically and very clearly stated “large strawbery refresher with EXTRA concentrate” and the worker put less. I also said less ice which was not include on the label. At least they got the size correct. Im extra frustrated because I was in a rush to leave and it was fairly busy which is why I didn’t have them fix ut, plus I didn’t wanna annoy them. Im also extra fed up because I work at dunkin, so I know what its like to work hard, which is not what Ive seen most times I went. The younger employees usually make my drink to perfection so Im not complaining about them. However otherwise there is either a huge inch gap of space thats not filled or the drink is very messed up and/or tastes bad. Food is good but the morning crew always undercooks it. When I pay full price for my whole order and have to sign the recipt due to the price, its the least to say that I’d want a somewhat decent order, especially when I go out of my way to tip them, using my own dunkin tips to do so. They need to do better, specifically in the morning.

12/9/24Jelly donut hardly had any filling, the coffee tastes like its watered down, and for some reason the 2 iced coffees (1sm,1md) took longer to make than the hot food. Id stay FAR away from this location and any other location that uses the same kitchen as this place. I was 99% ready to ask for my money back but realized it wasnt worth the headache. Buyer beware…

1/6/2025 I like the place over all but today me and my boyfriend got jelly donuts with no jelly on them absolutely ridiculous no jelly in the jelly donuts I remember when I was a kid and the jelly would be dripping out of the donut the jelly donuts where so upsetting I had to leave a review about it the staff also didn’t seem to care it was crazy with them yelling at each other they clearly had no idea what was going on

First time at this location as I happened to be in that area, so not sure what the day to day atmosphere/vibe is on the regular. I can say this particular morning was not the best atmosphere/vibe at all. The older woman at the register (assuming it was the manager) was yelling at the 3 workers making the coffees the ENTIRE time. From what I could see, the workers were making the coffees and getting orders together just fine. You could tell the workers felt very tense and hostile towards the manager. My coffee was made correctly as well as my order! Again, just the atmosphere/vibe was awkward and unprofessional.

This place would be so much better if Sandra were fired. She kicks people out and threatens them with calling the police because she “needs tables” when there is nobody in the Dunkin’ Donuts. She also has a terrible attitude and probable anger issues. I have been giving this place my money for so long and I will not continue to anymore, due to this awful treatment. Every single day I order something from this establishment and every single day I get attitude. I would most definitely give this place negative eight stars. But sadly I cannot.

The employees and services are super nice. The drinks, and food are super delicious. Not to mention, very cheap! Even if sometimes it’s expensive, I wouldn’t mind spending some money for the most tasty things on the planet
