I want to say THANK YOU! This was one of my best experience with a Subway. I walked in and was greeted enthusiastically and asked if I was there for a mobile order. When I answered yes, I was told it was being finished up. My the time I made it to the counter-like 5 seconds-I was handed by sub. I ordered the Thanksgiving sub and was actually asked if I had tried it yet. I was impressed and I want them to know that. Also the sandwich was Amazing!!! Thank You Clarion PA Subway!!!!

The lady that was working there i didn’t see a name tag this was around 5:11 pm i had to repeat myself to her twice about what I wanted at the end a customer shouldn’t have to repeat her or himself she didn’t give me any napkins I paid $10.59 the cookie is good the sub is good and I got a small drink with a footlong also I forgot to mention she didn’t wash her hands

I love Subway and always have great experiences, however at this location the service was kind of inconsistent and inconvenient. I didn’t like that 5 people were involved in making one salad so I had to tell each one how I like it prepared… besides for the service everything else was great.

I attempted to place an order over the phone, and unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior at this location. When I provided my name for the order, the employee laughed and said, “You’re so funny,” before abruptly hanging up on me.
When I went into the store to place my order in person, I explained what had happened. The employee, Zoey, laughed again, and another worker came out to take the order. When I told her it was unprofessional to hang up on a customer, she simply stared at me and said, “I’m sorry,” with no further acknowledgment.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Subway location.

This was our first time at the Subway in Clarion…. The employee that was working was sooo nice and accommodating… She was soo friendly which made our experience great….she made our visit personal.. we were ordering 3 footlongs one for me, hubby and our son….she did the cutest thing…she put a sticker on each hoagie…one was labeled mom, dad and son!!! Such a cute personalized touch….loved it!! Now $28 for 3 footlongs….a tad pricey .. but loved it!!

While parking we noticed the person inside run to the side door & lock it . Front door was locked .
Turns out we were early.
When we walked up to the door it was 8 minutes !!!!
In my opinion they could have let us walk in & inform us it would be a few minutes as they weren’t open yet .
We would’ve been fine to wait & been ready to order when they were ready for business.

Got two subs, one was supposed to be a steak teriyaki, made that very specific. They made it with chicken, was very disappointed as this wasn’t what I wanted to order. We got sent coupons in the mail, and were told we couldn’t use them? Just find that a pretty big waste of time. We wouldn’t have even stopped if we had known the coupons we got weren’t even usable, seems like a huge scam to me. They’ve also made our subs wrong a couple times at this point. Will not be returning to this location.
