$20 dollars for 2 rolls. I asked for 2 bec on a roll and this is what i received. There was barely any bacon and egg on the roll. Save your time and money because their service is terrible unwelcoming/no greetings nothing & food portion size is awful. DON’T RECOMMEND.

Went there for the first time with a friend and our kiddos, honestly toddler mom life I just ordered, sat down and ate, I was waiting for mom and when she walked in she told me she was really surprised I went in there being such a dirty place, as soon as she started pointing everything out my friend and I literally wanted to puke. The lamps above the booths are super dusty and dirty, the floor is also super dirty, every little corner you look at it’s just disgusting, I was so busy trying to just get something quick I didn’t even notice any of it until mom showed me because she went in there in the past and never went back. Pictures of some of the nasty dirt attached. That big bowl of dirt by the window is not something that happens over night, this place needs a good day off for deep cleaning OR even remodelation as well as stuff and an admin that cares about hygiene.

Honestly my new favorite spot for bagels. They’re perfectly fluffy and so tasty. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere feels cozy and chill. I’m not sure why the reviews on here seem poor because the food is good.

The food is good, the employees are lazy and slow. I watched 3 people who were on line, walk out because they knew it would be faster to drive somewhere else to get a simple sandwich. Waited 30 minutes for 3 bagels with cream cheese. And apparently they’re getting cheap because I got about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on my bagel. And on top of that, I asked the same person twice to scoop out the inside on one of my bagels- low and behold, it was not done. Spent 30 bucks for 3 bagels and some drinks, waited 30 minutes to be sorely disappointed.

We picked up a half dozen assorted bagels (everything, egg everything, cinnamon raisin, and sesame) and a half pound of lox spread. The bagels were just alright – decent flavor but flat, tough, and hard to chew. The texture improved after popping them in the toaster, but they still gave our jaw muscles a workout. The spread was yummy, and we appreciated how the girl at the counter threw in some extra slices of lox for us.

Love the bagels and homemade muffins ! Service is great with the lady in glasses. The other girl double-charged me for a dozen bagels and next time I came she gave me the wrong cream cheese. I will wait for the other counter person from now on.

The customer service is awesome very attentive, the homemade bagel is good but what is on the bagel is terrible. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and got all egg and two small microscopic pieces of bacon. The cheese was barely melted and the sandwich itself wasnt even hot and i opened it literally 5 minutes after they made it. Put some more effort into your sandwiches and maybe ill come back as a customer. Pissed that my breakfast crave was ruined! You should refund me my damn 13 dollars for 3 sandwiches, because it was a waste of money
