Three bad experiences in a row and I had to write a review. Shame on me for returning everytime, but it’s on my way home from work. Little Caesars for years was known for 3 things: Hot pizza, ready, pizza, and fairly cheap prices.
The last three times I’ve gone there’s been NO H&R pizzas. They’ve neglected to tell me EVERY SINGLE TIME that there will be a wait for them. And I usually order a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, and sauce. Something that should be fairly common and ready to go but nope. Every time I go it’s a 15-30 minute wait for those simple things. Which in my opinion is pretty outrageous considering it’s not a $5 H&R pizza it’s more along the lines of $8.
One of the times I went and ordered a Pepperoni pizza, and then my sides. It took 15 minutes to get my pizza because I did not have it ready before I left the parking lot. I opened the box to find out that they had made eight piece pizza instead of a pepperoni so I had to go back inside and get another one made because they neglected to make the correct pizza. So I waited another 15 minutes and what should’ve been a hot and ready pizza.
The sauce is good, but they only fill the bowl that it’s in HALFWAY but still charge you full price for said sauce.
The workers there are not wearing hair nets, and everybody has long hair and beards. I never see anybody wearing gloves as well.
So yeah in terms of value, convenience, quality, and service the little Caesars in Webb City is a 1/5 stars and honestly if I could give it less I could.

It took a while for my food to get done, but for the day and how busy they were, I can’t complain. The tall guy with the orange bucket hat and tattoos was sooooo nice. He was working hard and fast to get other orders done, and he was very communicable with the customers and his coworkers. Totally worth the wait for customer service like that!

I called to ask if they had any hot and ready pero pizza bc my son has severe non verbal autism and will get completely naked and flip out if things take to long all I wanted to do was grab them dinner and go home they said on the phone we always have pepperoni hot and ready I said cool thanks see u soon got there the thing was empty they then said it’d be 7 to 10 min wait gee thanks I’m glad it’s always hot and ready maybe if someone calls and asks go ahead and make another just ticked off and angry now like nothing can’t just work out normal ppl get to have a nice dinner can’t give the ppl who have kids with special needs a break i guess…. Need new management there obviously stupid and pretty rude

Walked in for pizza was told it’s be an HOUR WAIT. Workers seems to be not doing their job & unable to keep up. Was only one person in like & maybe 3 people waiting for pizza so kinda unsure why it’d take so long, an hr is ridiculous

Lady that answered the phone, and during pick up was very nice, and speedy. Food was good, ordered the crazy sauce(good size portion), to go with the very yummy, Italian cheese bread. Also order some ranch, not the best, but was okay when you dipped the pizza in it. paid a little over $18.00 for the order, so overall pretty good.

When I order online to get a “fresh” pizza, don’t fill it with a hot and ready. I know what your fresh pizza looks like. Also, when I door dash a pizza and you watch the driver carry out the pizza vertically, maybe stop them and let them know they are doing something wrong. Don’t get bent out of shape when I call corporate to get taken care of when you saw what happened and did nothing to correct it. That is lazy management.

I placed an order on the app for pretzel pepperoni crusted pizza with red sauce.
The brownie bites and crazy bread with Red sauce. I gave the woman my name and asked to pick up my order. She said she didn’t have it. I said I ordered it in , and already paid for it in the app. And she says maybe you had Maiden street store. I said no, it says Madison Street. I told her my name 2 or 3 times but she insisted She didn’t have it. Said to check my phone so I check my phone and I had the correct address. I go back in to show her And she looks at it and she said. What’s your name again so I told her and she says Oh, I have it, Apologized and pulled it out of the oven. Ugg. When I got to our destination I opened the box to find it was a regular pre-made pepperoni Pizza, not The pretzel crust That I ordered, and the crust was hard. I tried to call to let them know. I got the wrong pizza and they would not answer the phone.
