The reason I am leaving this review is because they cap their hot and ready pizzas to 2. We were running to an event and needed 4 hot and ready’s last minute. They had 3, but refused to sell it to us because it was 1 over their cap. I can understand someone wanting 10 pizzas needing to order them, but 3-4 pizzas ready to go should not be a problem. That is the whole point of the little Caesar’s hot and ready in the first place. Years ago this location was better. Now, it’s hit or miss. My hopes is that they get better because reviews are the only way to get a businesses attention.

I’d like to start by saying that I frequent this Little Caesars (I even have a photo that is supposedly popular for this certain store!) and I’d just like to say I hate having to do this.
Generally get great food, as in, when I place an order and heavily emphasize (I placed an order online this time) that I’d like my pizza Well-Done/Light-Sauce, I get it that way.
Not so much in the last few times; but if you’re trying to tell me that my pizza is well-done yet looks like the standard “Hot n’ Ready’s” you can get when they’re already made, there is clearly a communication error going on.

Walked in and ordered a hot and ready. Waited 10 minutes, still no pizza. Someone else walks in orders a hot and ready, they had him a pizza. Then when I try to explain they tell me “we go in order”. I try to explain that I was first and ordered 10 minutes.
The staff proceeds to tell me I am wrong and proceeds to process a refund. Typical fast food poor experience.

Ordered an Old World Fanceroni. The pizza I received looks nothing like what is advertised and has nowhere near the amount of pepperoni that is in the description. I asked if mine was correct and was told yes and that is how they come now. I asked why it looked so different and they said it is because they hand place the pepperoni now and not toss them on…
Did not get what I paid for. I paid 11 or 12 dollars for a pizza with 100 pepperoni on it and I basically got a hot and ready with less then half the toppings…

The dramatic difference of this store to the other stores in the area is wild. Pizza stuck to the box and the crust looked like it was hollowed out. Not to mention the fact the pepperonis look like they were just thrown onto the pizza. Definitely worth the slightly longer drive to the 26 mile Little Caesars if you want pizza.

Additional: I received another odd looking pizza asked for an exchange which they did no problem but even the exchange looks odd. Something with the crust is not being done right but I don’t know what. Maybe they are not thawing it all the way before cooking.

Wow! I’m the guy that orders a pepperoni, onion, green peppers, and jalapeños pizza. I ask for it well done…WOW, you guys are awesome, thank you for all you do, I always appreciate the effort you put in, the pizza doesn’t just look perfect, it was perfect! So again, thank you all for all you do!

Walked in the store at exactly 10 just looking to get crazy bread which they had at least one order ready in the warmer. First time in this store since moving to romeo. Guy could have served me and sold me an order of bread but instead told me they were closed. So that will be the last time it walk through that door. I hour nobody orders that bread that’s still in the heater tomorrow.
This place is the closest pizza place to me but I will gladly go across the street or to the next town To get better food, better service and i don’t mind if it costs more. You got to go home right at 10 buddy good for you but you cost the company a customer but not like you care I’m sure. That’s why this place has a crap rating.
