Food was great, not crazy about the self serve and then expected to leave a tip? For what? I ordered my food, got my drink, went and picked up my order from the window, got up again to grab a to go and boxed up my food. Scraped my plate and put it in the bus tub, just for the gal with the rag washing tables to give me a glare after looking at my table with no tip.

I have been a loyal customer here to the Panera in Prescott for over 8 years now but today having their catering manager driving her silver Hummer block my vehicle in while she was doing a delivery at yavapai title has changed that for me. You’re rude young lady you refuse to make eye contact cuz you know you illegally blocked me in and I think it’s hilarious that you’re driving a Hummer while you’re being a catering manager for Panera and don’t even have driving skills to drive your vehicle in town!! I’m sure that you’ll argue on here about your customer service and your sorry I was treated that way but I’ll tell you what I’ve already told 23 people since I’ve left that building in under a half hour not to support Panera in this town. Maybe you guys should really relook at who works for you as a franchisee holding a license makes you responsible for your employees actions and I have it on video her blocking me and maybe I should go turn it into the police department. I have been skeptical to try tomato soup, thank goodness my daughter talked me into trying it. I ordered the half tuna sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup. It was so amazingly delicious! We sat in front of the window overlooking the mountains, now I wish I would have taken pictures. It was absolutely a breathtaking View.

Looking for a fast easy meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner stop into Panera Bread. Food is good and fresh. Summer are here so seasonal items are back like poppy seed salad and even some new items. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend a cherry pastry to top of your meal with something sweet.

There’s always something disappointing about this Panera Bread. This last time in particular no chicken in the chicken and rice soup. I mentioned it to an employee and they she just gaslit me about it. Kinda pricy for a place that doesn’t have great service or great food.

I just went through their drive-through and ordered a full $44 order from this place. My son shockingly found a small shard of egg shell in his broccoli cheddar soup. I called the store and no one answered. I called again and the manager scoffingly laughed and said it’s impossible. What kind of crazy customer service to actually laugh? I’m so thankful my son spotted this. After driving back within the hour of the original order, Susan was kind and refunded the entire order and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. I am editing my original one star review and bringing this back up to 3. I’m not sure I will go back here again.
