The meal I enjoyed at Vitality bowls was delicious. The chicken wrap I ordered came out hot, and after the first bite, I could tell this was made with real whole ingredients. This is a fantastic option for food or a smoothie on the go.
This WOULD be a 4-5 star experience if it wasn’t for the cashier. He pressed 15% tip for himself on his end and rushed through the check out like we wouldn’t notice. It was a young man with black hair. That is absolutely unacceptable and I did not want to cause a scene so I let it go. Do better! There is no excuse for that behavior.

I recently visited this place and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The chicken sandwich was delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. However, the dining area was a major drawback. The place is quite small, with not enough tables and chairs to accommodate dine-in customers comfortably. I came with my kids, hoping to enjoy our meal there, but we couldn’t find a place to sit due to the limited space. Despite this, the service was commendable. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the overall experience a bit more pleasant. If you’re planning to dine in, be prepared for a potential wait or consider taking your meal to go.

I chose Vitality Bowls specifically because the menu advertised a bowl that included kiwi. The presence of kiwi was the primary reason I selected that particular bowl and placed my order.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was given a bowl that did not contain kiwi. I was then informed by the associate that they were out of kiwi and had substituted extra strawberries instead, and I was asked if that was acceptable. At that point, the order had already been prepared, bagged, and handed to me. Declining the substitution would have required me to return the item and either wait for the order to be remade or request a refund, which put me in an awkward position as a customer.
I find it to be poor customer service to continue advertising and selling a kiwi-based bowl when the store is out of kiwi—especially only about an hour and a half before closing. If a key advertised ingredient is unavailable, customers should be informed before the order is prepared or at the point of purchase, not after the substitution has already been made.
This experience did not meet reasonable expectations for transparency or service, and it diminished what should have been a straightforward and enjoyable purchase.

Just spent quite a bit of money on items for our 4 family members, brought It home to eat It and found a very long piece of hair in my Açaí bowl. Intertwined in the peanut butter so It was in my mouth before I pulled It out. Never ever again. Put your hair back when serving! I mean come on.

I’ve been here over a dozen times since 07/22. I order the same thing every time and it tastes exactly the same every single regardless of who makes it. The food is always fresh and tasty. I love the Temptation smoothie, Morning glory wrap and lemon ginger shot. Lastly, the potions are fairly large and filling.
All of the staff is super friendly, the store is always clean. Added bonus, the bathroom is always clean too.

Food is absolutely delicious and healthy! I especially love the Vitality wrap, the vitality bowl, and the veggie power panini. They’ve got options for both vegetarians and meat eaters, for those that just want a smoothie and for those that want a healthy meal. The shop is cute, and has adequate seating options. I will say the employees can be a little odd at times, but that could just be because I’m an awkward millennial lol I probably wouldnt order if running short on time, but have definitely had this food delivered to my jobs before because I was just craving it. Definitely worth checking out, you might just find your next favorite lunch place!

The food was good, albeit a little on the pricey side for what you get. My main disappointment was the cleanliness and lack of organization inside. There were no paper towels in the restroom, the trash bin was completely full (obviously from the day before because we went in around 930 in the morning and there was not another person inside) and they just pile the table, chairs, umbrella, sign, etc from the outside patio area in the dining area. It has an overall sloppy look. Like I said, I did enjoy the wrap and avocado toast we ordered, along with the regular size juices. I would go there again but at $36 for those 4 items, it won’t be a regular occurrence.

The woman taking our order was helpful and patient. We got a premade juice, a blended juice and the acai bowl of the month. All were good. They offer military discount. More options here than smoothie king

A good size menu for a small sized place. Tried the Nutty Bowl, which was pretty good but a bit overpriced, in my opinion.
I got upcharged for a small bit of added peanut butter topping. It would help if the menu were more clear about the pricing of added toppings. My order included peanut butter in the mix, so when the cashier asked me, “Do you want peanut butter” instead of “Do you want to add peanut butter as a topping”, it wasn’t clear that it would be additional (and only a tiny bit).
Overall it was ok.
