I wish I could give each employee a different review but since I don’t have that option, here we go. Prelynn (so sorry for the spelling) was an absolute sweetheart. 10 out of 10. She was kind to our large group and inviting. RJ on the other hand was the rudest person we’ve honestly ever encountered at a Subway. I get working in fast food isn’t always the most rewarding job and seeing a large group walk in is probably discouraging but you’re providing a service, customer facing. This is clearly not the job for him and I’ll never return to this Subway.

Crew hardly spoke English. Got our order wrong. We ordered online. Paid more attention to friends in the store. I paid for extra meat, did not get it. No mayo, mustard or spinach I ordered. It’s like they didn’t even read the order. Like subway, will not use this location again.

They messed up my entire order. I filled out a survey. The regional manager Britany Rupert reached out. She offered to fix it by me going to the store and getting a remake. I went a couple weeks later to get the re make. I didn’t see the email right away. When I got there the manger there was so rude. Was interrogating me and pretty much shaming me. Kept saying cus you complained. Which I didn’t. I filled out a survey. It made me so mad and made me feel like the attempt to fix it was ruined. I left even more mad.

I walked in to the store and i was greeted by a non medical service dog running at me, he had no leas on and I do not appreciate that the workers let this happen inside of the restaurant.

The two women working were very sweet and had great attitudes, unfortunately this store is out of everything we wanted as far as cheese and some toppings. I guess next time we come, I’ll call ahead to make sure they have american cheese and pickles.

Food usually good, but whenever we place pickup orders trying to be easier it always takes like 10 extra minutes even when it says it’s ready in the app it’s never actually ready. They do everyone in the building before me and it takes 30-35 minutes usually. staff is very dry. 17 and some change per sandwich usually.

One of the best Subways I have ever been to. The man who made our sandwich had so much passion and thought behind making our sandwich. He was also swamped at lunch time and stayed cool the entire time while pumping out everyone’s food.

Do NOT order from here for pickup or delivery or in store. They sent us the wrong order via delivery and DoorDash refunded Subway for the entire order and subway only refunded us for ONE sub. This happened a few months ago for pickup and we thought we try again, WRONG. DO NOT EAT HERE. ALSO, raw bacon?? That’s disgusting. Employees don’t speak English and aren’t nice. Just don’t go here.
