There was only one man running the sushi bar so we only got 1 roll at a time. We got 2, and the server asked about the appetizer i ordered to which i told her i had yet to recieve it. When it got to me ot was still frozen. We sat there for over an hour and still waited for 3 more rolls, so i asked them to box them up because i had to leave. When i got home i tried to eat the sushi, and it literally tadted like dirt. Worse even still, it FELT like dirt in my teeth. Squid salad as well. 2 rolls and squid salad ruined it for me and i threw away at least $30 worth of food. I was super disappointed. Server was great though…

Had a great experience; initially, the server seemed a bit overwhelmed, which was strange because it was pretty empty when we arrived and there were several other servers just standing around… But the service improved as dinner went on. The food was EXCELLENT. The only thing I was slightly ‘meh’ about was the “show” the chef put on… even the guest sitting next to me mentioned that the chef seemed very unenthused. Let me say again though, the steak was absolutely delicious!

Awesome dinner tonight at this Hibachi restaurant. Food was excellent and our hibachi chef was great entertainment. Portions were huge at a surprisingly reasonable price. The hibachi teriyaki chicken with shrimp, mounds of fried rice, hibachi mixed vegetables with chicken broth and small salad with ginger dressing was only $16 while my wife had the same thing minus the shrimp for $11. Service was adequate and restaurant appeared clean and orderly. We’ll be back for sure

I am sitting in the restaurant writing this. We LOVED the cumming location. Always great service. Since they’re closed we came here. The absolute most underwhelming hibachi experience I’ve ever had. Chef couldn’t have been less enthusiastic to be here. We took our 3 and 5 year old girls here to have their first experience and they walked away with nothing. No fun, no excitement, nothing. Truly emotionless. I am absolutely appalled with this whole experience.

The table next to us got the full show, and I’m happy their experience was at least decent. Server completely forgot the sushi order and trenched his heels in that he didn’t, really just had no idea what was going on. Truly an awful experience. Breaks my heart for my kids.

We were regulars. Minimum once a week. There is nothing that would ever compel me to come back. Steer clear.

I’ve loved coming here since I was younger and I hadn’t returned in a couple of years but was still happy to see they have barely changed. The soup has had a slight change in taste a long with the chicken and the Yum Yum sauce but over still lived the place and recommended it to anyone who is in the area who loves Japanese food. Would definitely come again!

Horrible, food overall was okay the rice for sushi was dense, the crab rangoons were practically wonton wrappers and air, our waitress practically forgot about us and when she woukd come it would be for 2 seconds and i couldn’t even get a word in. They brought our plate of food to another table then took it off there table and brought it to us when they noticed(theybgave us a 50% discount on 2 rolls afterwards). We never got refills and waited about 25 mins to get our check and we still had to flag down the manager. Honestly feel bad for the owner and manager.

Worst filet I’ve ever had in my life!! This used to be our favorite restaurant. Last Friday my husband and son and I looked forward to eating there all day. But, when we went we couldn’t have left more disappointed and feeling like we wasted our money. The service was horrible and the food was awful. After ordering my usual filet and shrimp, I was later informed there would be a $5 up charge on filets even though it was not posted in the menu. There was no up charge for New York Strip, just the filet. While awaiting an appetizer my son ordered, he was informed they were out of it but was not even asked if he would like a different one or offered a menu to select a different option. The cook didn’t offer the show despite there being children at the table. The egg was burnt and the filet looked like dogfood and tasted like dirt. The soup had no soup in it and no flavor at all. It literally was hot water with slivers of mushroom in it. The other party at our table ordered a med rare steak and it was well done. The teriyaki sauce had chucks in it and had the consistency of barbecue sauce. My husband asked the cook for something three times and was totally ignored. The cook had as much personality as a wet sock and or server had zero customer service skills. She agreed with my husband that he could substitute his salad and vegetables for extra rice but then up charged for it and refused to take it off the check. I cannot stress how bad my steak was. I had to chew gum after I left to get the awful taste out of my mouth. I’m not sure what they did to it or even what kind of animal it was but it was literally the worst meat I have ever tasted. How do you screw up a steak? And I had to pay an extra $5 up charge for this atrocity. I will never go there again. The staff was so unpleasant and it was just an overall bad experience for the three of us and the other family at our table as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I hate that I have to even give them one star to post on here. It should be a -5 stars.

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. First we walked in and took 23 minutes for someone to even GREET us. That was absolutely ridiculous. Then we got sat, didn’t get a sushi menu, and took her 14 minutes to even come to the table and get our drink orders. She forgot our straws and silverware (we asked multiple times). When we got the food the sushi was all torn apart and not together. The hibachi tased way to sour to be considered edible. I have been coming here my entire life but after tonight never again. I’m writing this while we are waiting for the check (it’s been 10+ minutes already). DO NOT COME HERE.

We went there twice in one month. They said they had changed their Yum Yum Yum sauce. They lied they have not changed. It makes the food taste awful I recommend if you go bring your own Yum Yum sauce otherwise the food tastes terrible won’t be back until they change it. It taste like soap.

I am giving a 5 because of the price. Bento box brings a lot of food, but I wish they gave me more shrimp. It was supposed to be a shrimp bento box and I only found 2 shrimps on the bottom.
