Wow! First time eating here since it opened, and this was great!

The spring rolls were crisp and had just the right touch of ginger.
The gyoza was crispy (perhaps cooked in pork fat as it was reminiscent of bacon) and delightful.
The beef dish, Gyudon, was on the back menu. Hint of sweetness. The sauce was well balanced.
Finally the tofu/vegetable yakisoba. Wow! Perhaps my favorite dish for the night.
All paired well with an Asahi beer.
Will be back!

The service was great, our food came fast. The ramen was delicious 10/10 and my daughter’s chicken with rice was delicious! The customer service was great. I will definitely be coming here again! The prices were reasonable I just wished there were more non alcoholic drink options besides pop. Overall awesome!

This relatively new ramen joint not far from my place of employment gets full marks for authenticity, flavor, and service! All of my Japanese favorites are represented here and astonishingly well put together: the flavor took me back to slurping bowls of ramen while standing up at a street-side stall in Tokyo. And while I could always use a bit more spicy in my spicy miso ramen, that would basically be just me finding a reason to nitpick, and that doesn’t seem necessary here. Fujiya is among the best ramen restaurants in the greater Portland metro area, and does credit to culinary culture of the Land of the Rising Sun. Five stars!

Finally, GOOD ramen has come to Clark County! Fujiya was excellent. Excellent service, great tasting food and not too expensive! We ordered the spring rolls and chicken wings for an appetizer. The rolls were good but the wings were extremely good. We both ordered shoyu ramen. Delicious! Broth was incredible. Later that night we wished we had left overs, we kept talking about how good it was. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely the best ramen place in East Vancouver/Camas. High quality food and great services. Our kids love their chicken ramen, tonkotsu ramen and fried calamari! My daughter wants to go to this place for our Saturday lunch at least once a month.

Open only three weeks but Fujiya is off to a good start. Ordered the calamari, pork buns, a bowl of garlic tonkatsu, and the spicey miso ramen. The calamari was fresh and crispy and made for great finger food. The pork buns tasted great with the pork being tender and juicy and paired well with the bun and sauce. Both ramen bowls hit the spot on this cold day. Broth was perfectly flavored and tempered and the noodles cooked to perfection. All ingredients such as pork and veggie were fresh and tasty and the eggs cooked so the yolks were soft and slightly runny…just how we like them. Staff was kind and the restaurant was very nicely decorated and very clean. Location is convenient and parking can be a challenge but that won’t stop us from coming back. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for a local Ramen place that could replace my favorite in Portland and a friend told me about Fujiya. I ordered a take out and was pleased to see they put the broth in a separate container. Once I arrived home I combined it and went to town. It was delicious. I will for sure be ordering again and trying another item. If it lives up to my first visit I’ll re edit this review to a 5 ⭐ review.

The waitress was great! The fact that she has decorated the place with perfect hand folded peace cranes charmed the daylights outa me! And, that she brought me paper so I could practice my rusty folding skills made me want to give 5 stars… the atmosphere was great, the service was great!
Then comes the main attraction, the Ramen, a memory for me of years living in Japan. A culinary path of nostalgia and reoccurring dreams. But it’s like biting into a Twinkie and finding no filling, a firecracker with no bang, a koi pond with no fish.
It was just ok. The next day I went to Kenji’s and was reminded what really good ramen is like, complex and full of depth and umami. Fujiya was just not as good. Perhaps Kenji’s could hire the waitress from Fujiya or Fujiya could borrow the cook from Kenji’s?
It’s like climbing a mountain for the view on a foggy day. The path is nice, the surroundings are great, but when you get to the top, there is no view.

We come here once a month and it’s always good. The staff is friendly and the food is great. It’s always a little slow as they usually have a single cook but it is always worth the wait. We order 3 or 4 of the appetizers and usually a bowl and some Ramen and we are never disappointed
